Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras
There is a security camera on the northwest corner of the house aimed at the driveway and street. Camera monitors the driveway and walkway to the front door. It only shows someone approaching the front door.
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. My Beach House comes with an updated full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a grill to make this happen. While the kids wait for their food, keep them settled in with flatscreen TVs.Being in the Ocean Drive area puts you close to all the action of North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy parks, restaurants, entertainment, and even Main Street within walking distance. To accommodate traveling needs, My Beach House has four parking spaces available and is easily accessible. Alternatively, golf carts are welcome, and you can find golf cart rentals in the area. Come stay at My Beach House for your vacation.Please Note: We rent to families only.
