** Attn Snow Bird Renters.....sadly, this will be the last year our Snowbirds are staying with us. They have been with us for many years and have decided next year they are going to another state. So for the 1st time in many years, we will have December and January open (2025/2026) and will accept inquiries for long term (30 or 60 days) for that time period. Please inquire for multi-week or monthly rental rates.


NO admin fee, NO owner's fees like most other condos charge. Just the rental rate & a cleaning fee. Look at every other property, you won't find one that is even close to the quality ours has. We've never had less than a 5 Star review, since the property was built! The best condo in Crescent Shores & one of the best in all of North Myrtle. 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths condo (Sleeps 10); 1800+ sq ft, located in the North Tower at Crescent Shores. Our condo is on the 17th floor offering 25 mile views up and down the Grand Strand. If all you want is a place to sleep, this condo isn't for you. If you appreciate attention to detail, cleanliness and a beach condo that has been taken care of by the owner and its many return guests as if it were their own, then you've found your beach retreat. ** We only allow Sat - Sat rentals, unless long term **

These pictures were taken in 2020. What you see IS what you get. A direct ocean front condo that has been completely renovated in every way. This is not an investment for us, it is our vacation home. So when we're not there to enjoy it, we hope you will. We purchased this condo from the original owner. We take pride that more than 50% of our vacationers are return guests. Many of them have been coming for over 10yrs. Please take a moment to read the 'Traveler Reviews' that our previous guests have left after they’ve vacationed with us. We have a 5 Star rating with over 100 reviews !!

The ceramic tile floors are professionally scrubbed, cleaned and sealed every December and June to keep our condo "Fresh" for our incoming guests. We just replaced the King size mattress in the primary and the pillows in all 3 bedrooms (Jan 2025).

LIVING ROOM: 55” Samsung LCD with PS3 BluRay player; Sound bar; Twin leather sofas; Plantation shutters; Sliding glass doors open to the 26’ oceanfront balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee/juice while watching the dolphins swim around.

MASTER BEDROOM: King sized bed; 37” flat screen wall mounted TV with separate center speaker; BluRay player; Ceramic tile floors inlaid with hardwood.

MASTER BATH: Custom luxurious spa shower with ceramic rain tiles and (8) total massage shower heads/sprays; jetted spa tub. You have to see it to believe it (see the pictures). Brand new mattress (Dec 2024).

BEDROOMS #2 & #3: (2) Queen beds in each room; (1) Bedroom has an En-suite bathroom; 37” flat screen wall mounted tv; Ceramic tile.

KITCHEN: Granite counter tops; Upscale cabinets and custom back splash make for a chef's dream come true. Everything you need to cook is provided. Keurig and standard coffee pot also provided.

Ceramic tile through the entry hallway, kitchen and both guest bathrooms. The condo is equipped for sleeping 10 people comfortably in the (3) bedrooms.

The Crescent Shores property offers the following: 200 ft. lazy river, 110 ft. outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and an exercise room on the premises. A private covered parking deck for the sole use of Crescent Shores residents/vacationers is located directly across Ocean Boulevard for added convenience.

Our weekly rental rates include complete bed linen and bath towels. Please bring your own Beach Towels and Beach Blankets. We use only high quality bed linens and towels so that you can sleep comfortably and have fluffy, luxurious towels. We also offer guests the use of several beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella (free of charge).

The entire Crescent Shores property has a NON-SMOKING policy. This NON-SMOKING policy applies to the balcony area as well. We do NOT allow PETS of any kind. No Exceptions! Violations may result in your reservation being terminated with additional cleaning fees applied. If there is any odor or trace of smoking in our condo upon check out an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. Please help keep our condo 100% Smoke Free.

Motorcycles, trailers and RV campers are NOT ALLOWED on the Crescent Shores property.

We offer weekly rentals; Saturday to Saturday ONLY unless long term. Check-in time anytime after 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Monthly rentals may be available if booked in advance. Please call for monthly rental rates. If you have to cancel inside of the cancellation period, I will do my best to rent the unit. If I am able to, I will gladly refund your deposit.

We love our beach condo and visit often. We hope you decide to see for yourself how much different our condo is from every place you've ever stayed before. We take pride in keeping it a place we love to visit and do everything we can to make it a place you'll want to as well.

Incredible Beach Stay

We were blown away with the condo! It was beautiful! We all enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out on the beach! Some members of our family went parasailing and we were able to watch them right from the balcony! Steve was very helpful! We will definitely be looking to stay at this condo again!!!

Home away from Home

The host is serious about hosting. Instructions are thorough and clear. The accommodations are clean and upscale. The kitchen is stocked for whatever is needed to stay in. This was not needed for us as there are numerous dining options all over. The views are expansive over the ocean east and overlooking North Myrtle to the west. The host was easy to communicate with and we appreciated the level he dedicates to being a part of VRBO. Very easy to recommend.

Memorable Family Vacation

My family and I had an amazing stay in Steve's condo. His condo is spacious, beautiful and very accommodating. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking meals in. The spa bathroom was very serene and refreshingly perfect after a long day at the beach. The balcony was peaceful and perfect for watching the waves roll in on the beach. It was great for our family to sit out there and enjoy a snack or conversation and we had many laughs out there as well. Our 20 month old grandson had a blast, as did we watching him experience his first ever beach trip. We look forward to staying in Steve's condo again in the future if we come to North Myrtle Beach with family or friends and it's available. You CANNOT go wrong with your stay in this immaculate condo and the whole process for coming and going could not have been easier or less stressful. Steve makes everything run as smoothly as possible. :-)

Amazing Stay!

We stayed in August 2024 and the entire process from booking request to departure could not have been easier or better. We had a fantastic week and we are already looking forward to next year. The owner was always available to answer any questions. But honestly, we really did not have to reach out for any help. The entire condominium was EXACTLY as described. No hidden surprises upon arrival at all and every area was clean and as it should be. All the beds were very comfortable. It seems silly to list comments like "clean place" and "comfortable beds", but the truth is that there are a ton of places available to stay that make you regret your choice from the first moment or the first night of your stay. This condominium is a cut above so many places we have stayed in Myrtle Beach over the past 20 years. The location is excellent and being an Oceanfront really does make a difference. No need to worry about finding a place to park to walk to the beach because you are already right there! The views are amazing! The photos in the listing really do not do the views justice. I highly recommend that this be your first choice when looking for a great oceanfront condominium in Myrtle Beach. You will be extremely glad that you did.

This condo is exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Everything you need for an extended stay! Host was tentative and available when needed. Steve was in contact the minute we booked, to the last day. Great view every morning drinking coffee. Definitely will use this again for our next trip to the beach!

Great vacation

Property was at a great location, oceanfront. Walking distance to some areas to eat and shop. Driving distance to other site seeing places like the boardwalk, barefoot landing, mini putt, other restaurants to check out. 5 mins to Kroger for groceries. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay as it was spacious, clean, well kept and accessible to things we enjoy, the beach & swimming:)

Amazing stay at Crescent Shores

Amazing property with top of the line furnishings. First time to Myrtle Beach and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! On the beach, close to great restaurants and activities! Traveled with a family of 5, three which were under 12 yrs. Boogie boarding and banana boat rides right outside the property. Steve, the owner, was fantastic to book with.

Amazing Beach Condo!

We had a wonderful week at this amazing beach condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The spa shower in the master bath was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. It was also nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available to use. The owner is very easy to communicate with, friendly and so helpful. We definitely recommend this beautiful place and hope to return.

Early summer 2023 beach vacay

The condo is great! Super clean, nice view and we liked the neighborhood it was mostly quiet. There is a nice sized pantry for all your groceries. Steve the host was very responsive. There was plenty of storage to unpack your suitcases and just live for the week. We would stay there again!

Great stay!

Kenny is a wonderful host and the condo is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in and is very spacious and clean. Plenty of towels provided. View from17th floor balcony is amazing. Parking garage is very convenient. Love Crescent beach area and N Myrtle you have to visit the Twelve 33 Distillery and get their flight of cocktails as they are wonderful! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Myrtle.

If you want a "worry-free...

If you want a "worry-free" vacation, this is the place to stay. The condo is one of the best we have stayed in...clean, comfy, and so tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything a gourmet cook would need. Ken is so wonderful to work with, great communication between owner and renter. Hopefully returning in October, we will definetly stay here again. Thanks, Ken for the wonderful accomodations.

The best unit in Myrtle Beach

It is hard to find upscale in Myrtle Beach . this place has been one of the best places I have stayed at at Myrtle Beach ,it looks exactly like the pictures it’s fantastic very clean , check in and out process very easy stress free Steve was very exceptional in all of his detailed information that he had on the unit I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Whoever did the decorating and design in here did a fantastic job it is beautiful.

Spectacular Crescent Shores Oceanfront Condo!

The condo was recently renovated and I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the condo. The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The view from the 17th floor is priceless. The pool area left a little to be desired being that there aren't as many seats as I expected but I spent most of my time on the beach anyways. I have been going to Myrtle or N. Myrtle beach for three consecutive years now and the two previous condos I stayed at don't even compare to this condo.
