Escape to this beautiful 1553 total sq. ft. oceanfront condo, perfectly situated on the 3rd floor with direct access from the attached parking garage. The highlight of this unit is the 25' oceanfront balcony, accessible from both the spacious living room and the master bedroom, where you can soak in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and a full-size washer/dryer, all updated within the last 4 years. For your convenience, there’s both a drip-style coffee maker and a Keurig to start your mornings right. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring updated furniture, a flat-screen smart TV with cable, and a ceiling fan for added comfort.

The master bedroom is a true retreat, offering a King-size bed, a flat-screen cable TV, Oceanfront Balcony, and a ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom feels like a spa with a double vanity, a relaxing garden tub, and a separate glass-enclosed shower.

The two guest rooms are equally comfortable. One has 2 Queen beds, while the other offers a Queen-size bed, both with flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans. For your convenience, free wireless internet is provided throughout the unit.
