Luxury 3BR/3BA Condo at North Beach Plantation

If you are looking for luxury, look no further than North Beach Plantation. Rated #1 on TripAdvisor, North Beach Plantation is the premier resort on the Grand Strand. Featuring a 2.5 acre water park consisting of 6 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, lazy river, 5 hot tubs, waterfall showers, private cabanas and the only swim-up bar on the Grand Strand.

Additionally, guests will find a World-Class Spa, Fitness Center, 21 Main Steakhouse, and inter-resort shuttle service!

About the Condo:
The condo is located on the 4th FLOOR of the Indigo Tower (THE ONLY TOWER WITH AN ATTACHED PARKING GARAGE). This allows you to park on the 4th floor and stroll right into the condo – NO WAITING ON ELEVATORS!!!! This is a HUGE plus when carrying luggage, beach equipment, groceries, or when you are heading out for shopping and dining.

The entry, kitchen, dining and living room have Italian-imported travertine tile. All of the bedrooms consist of porcelain (wood-look) tile flooring. NO CARPET!!

The fully equipped, upgraded kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave.

The dining area contains a six-person table.

The comfortable living room leads to a 200 sq. ft. oceanfront balcony.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an adjoining master bathroom with a whirlpool tub and spacious shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom has 2 queen beds, allowing for larger families, and its own full bathroom.

Each bedroom has a flat screen television, with a larger 55” flat screen television in the living room.

Free WI-FI is available throughout the property, however, the signal is shared by all units. We have our very own high speed WI-FI that is password protected - no sharing signals!!

FOR GUESTS STAYING BETWEEN MEMORIAL DAY AND LABOR DAY YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES 1 BEACH UMBRELLA AND 2 CHAIRS (AT NO ADDITIONAL COST). EACH MORNING, BEACH SERVICES WILL SET-UP THE UMBRELLA AND 2 CHAIRS IN FRONT OF THE NORTH BEACH TOWERS - AS A THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING MY CONDO!

North Beach Plantation DOES NOT allow me to rent to anyone under the age of 25.

Wonderful Property

What an amazing property! We had a wonderful time staying here and had plenty of space and all the amenities in the condo for our family! The rooms were even larger than the pictures show and we loved all the closet and storage space. Brian is an excellent host and responded promptly to any questions or messages we sent. The North Beach Resort is absolutely perfect for a relaxing vacation with all of the pools, hot tubs, and beachfront access. Definitely recommend and hope to return again soon!

Christmas Break Vacation

Our stay was great, and the owner was fantastic! Answered all of our questions before and during our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the condo on the same floor as parking really helped. My parents stayed with us, and they appreciated that it was so easy to get to and from the car. Great time and will rent again if we choose Myrtle Beach next year. Highly recommend!!

Fall Break 2021

This condo is the real deal...exactly as described! Clean, spacious, great views and great location. Brian goes the extra mile making sure the condo is supplied with most everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Having used VRBO along with other vacation rental providers many times in the past, I have to say working with Brian and the condition of the condo has been our best experience so far. Don't let this one slip away!

The condo was clean and well stocked with supplies and kitchen equipment. Loved that the condo was just as you walked to condo from garage. Small problem with air conditioning but Brian dealt with the problem immediately. Took the time to contact me to make sure the air conditioning man came! Overall a great condo to vacation in !!!

We really enjoyed staying at Brian‘s place this past Easter break. Brian provided all of the essentials for our stay and the space was very clean and well kept. The parking garage level four makes it extremely easy to get luggage to the room which is also on the fourth floor. The only negative we would be the two guest room beds. They were a bit uncomfortable. In saying this… Brian has updated most of the condo so I am certain it is already on his list! We loved it and will absolutely stay here again in the very near future!

Awesome condo

Echoing everyone else's reviews, this is the condo to stay in at North Beach Plantation. Furnishings are high quality, location is convenient, and you won't find a better owner to rent from. Brian is extremely generous in providing necessary supplies that one usually has to purchase - and - he even goes the extra mile by funding daily use of two umbrellas/four chairs provided by the local beach service. He is very communicative and responsive to any questions the renter may have. I've rented many condos in North Myrtle Beach, but NBP Unit 404 is by far the best. Thanks Brian for making our vacation a wonderful one...we'll be back!

Fantastic views from this luxurious condo

We booked at the condo for our fall stay back in June, and I was so thrilled to have found this condo and such a prime location. As with any online booking, it is easy to become nervous as you start to wonder if the location will live up to the pictures. In this case, the condo far exceeded our expectations which I never imagined would be possible. The location is perfect, a full view of all the pools and an amazing location for viewing the ocean. The condo was stylish, clean and stocked with great extras that most owners don't think of (eg laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towel, beach toys, beach chairs, etc) We had a truly fabulous vacation and we cannot wait to return!

Wonderful vacation & condo!!!!

We have stayed at many condos & cabins over the years. Brian has done a wonderful job with this one. Upon entering, first impressions​ were great. The entrance off the parking garage is great. You are literally steps from the elevator and your vehicle. This made grocery trips easy. The condo is beautiful and stocked wonderful. Brian has thought of everything. I usually have to buy several product for the week, not here! We loved the wagon and goodies for the beach. The pool area is magnificent! Save your chairs early as they fill up fast!! We have no complaints whatsoever. The only thing would be maybe a few more towels in the bathrooms. Brian is a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great week!😊

LOOK NO FURTHER

Our family of 4 has stayed at North Beach Plantation since it opened in 2008. We’ve rented thought the Resort and through VRBO. We find it easier to rent from Brian Plummer for several reasons. The first is the check in process. Wait time is only about 5 minutes or less, through the resort it’s at least 20-30 minutes every time we have used them. Brian’s unit is in the Indigo Tower that has the attached parking garage. The unit is on the 4th floor. You just park on the 4th floor, go through the doors and you are right there! Unloading and loading your belongings have never been so easy! The view is spectacular! The ocean, the swash/Inlet, the coast line, all the pools below! It’s great! The until is tastefully decorated. When I say the unit is stocked, it is STOCKED! Brian has everything you can think of to get you started, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent. Seeing how we are in the middle of a pandemic, we brought all of our own supplies simply because we wanted to make sure the locals had access to what they need from the stores. Anything we did use that was in the condo we replaced. Brian is very accommodating, easy to converse with and makes himself available. I’m confident we will rent this until again next year. I’ve already told my husband that and he agreed! So if you need a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, ocean front condo, don’t look any further!

Resort is beautiful but the condo was okay

The resort itself is always beautiful. Very clean and well kept. The condo was okay. The condo smelled like cigarette smoke and mildew and there was mold on the ceilings of all of the bathrooms. The air conditioning was not working at the time of check-in but the host had an emergency repair service come and fix it right away which was great. There was some confusion with the tv's and cable service. In conversation with the host, there was no cable, but there were instructions in the condo on how to access the cable, which did not work. Did not have cable in the livingroom so we were only able to watch football and local stations in the master bedroom. The televisions in the livingroom and other bedrooms only had mediocre streaming services.

Family Vacation

We stayed here on our family vacation. The condo was beautiful, very nice, clean, and updated. We had a little confusion with the realty company on the check in process, but the owner got it straightened out quickly when I contacted him. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family fall break

Perfect location in N Myrtle! The pool amenities were fantastic. The condo was spacious and clean with amazing views of the pools and ocean. The walkout directly to the parking garage was such a timesaver. The storage unit has every beach amenity you could want- and the rental chairs and umbrella was appreciated! Brian was great at communication via text and phone. We will be back- thanks for a great week!

Great family beach condo

Great property great unit! Brian the owner was a great host. Had to contact him for a few more towels and had them in no time. Easy check in process at Elliot. Parking deck on same level as the unit and great for bringing in groceries and packing and unpacking. We will definitely be going back! Don’t miss this one!

Fabulous Resort!!

My wife & I stayed at the North Beach Towers 15 years ago or so, and had to go back to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary! A fabulous resort at the heart of the action in North Myrtle Beach! Will definitely go again, hopefully at this exact same room at the towers!!
