Awesome oceanfront Three Bedrooms condo accommodates up to 10 people. Unit 1105 on the North Tower of Bay Watch Resort
• Oceanfront master BR with king size bed and private master bathroom.
• 2nd BR has 2 full size beds with separate access to the 2nd bathroom.
• 3rd BR has a queen size bed.
Each BR is equipped with HDTV. Living room has a pull-out sofa bed. Well maintained, very clean, nonsmoking, professionally decorated unit. Enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and watch the sunrise from this spacious 11th floor oceanfront balcony. The kitchen is furnished with generous supply of cook ware and dinnerware and is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, stove/oven, coffee maker, blender and fridge. New Washer/Dryer. SMART HDTV in the living room.

Albert Sami K is the most excellent host. Very prompt and courteous with any concerns.10 out of 10. Thank you, Albert!! As far as the condo, beautiful view from the balcony. Spacious and comfortable interior. The appliances could use an update but served the purpose intended. The parking garage is a bit tight for larger vehicles. All the pools and lazy rivers were a hit with both the kids and adults.

Spacious clean condo overlooking the ocean in North Myrtle Beach!

After a long trip not knowing what we might find, we opened the door into a condo that was clean, beautiful and spacious! It was fully furnished with all the necessary items to set up housekeeping. We spent three months here enjoying the ocean view and surrounding area. The location was ideal for shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The front desk staff was courteous and very helpful. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Having 5 + heated pools was great. They are lighted so swimming after dark was no problem. The ocean was warm for the third week of April. The only problem was the internet speed was too slow for my teenagers.

Our family of six vacationed to Myrtle Beach for the first time this summer and was thrilled to find that Albert's condo was all we could ask for in a vacation condo. We were concerned about having enough space and amenities for our four college-aged children but those concerns melted away the minute we walked through the front door. After taking in the spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the spacious balcony which extends from the living room to the master bedroom, we were pleased to find ample closet and dresser space for all of our things. The two full bathrooms had vanities just outside the bathroom doors which was really nice because one person could be taking a shower while another could be putting on make up or brushing their teeth. Since we came with four computers and an IPad in tow, we found there to be plenty of outlets and ample wi-fi service. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to make and serve meals for our large family. The dishwasher and washer and dryer were greatly appreciated and used often throughout our week's stay. As for Baywatch itself, it provided a perfect family atmosphere for people of all ages. Although our family predominantly went to the lovely white sand beach. the pool area was very popular, providing a variety of pools, lazy rivers and whirlpools when we wanted to take a break from the saltwater. Baywatch condos are located just minutes from great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. All of us had a great time and have already talked about going back.

Group Vacation

There was a large group of us that stayed in this property. We had plenty of room to move around. Checking in and coming and going was easy with door codes and we had the most amazing view. We got to see some dolphin pods playing in the water. All the things we could possibly need were there for us including blender, toaster, 2 coffee makers (pod and regular). We enjoyed our stay and will be booking here again. Communication was very easy and quick with the owner too.

Great for a quick getaway

Albert was great! The only hiccup was having our parking passes that was delivered within 20 min. This place looks EXACTLY like the posting and the larger Oceanview was great for pictures and people watching. The staff at the Sandtrap( restaurant on premises) were welcoming and the food was good. Albert replied to every message instantly.

Beautiful beachfront property!

The property is a little older, but in good condition. Had restaurants, pools, Jacuzzis and things to do on site. The only downside was the parking. Had to park in garage across the street and the spaces were very tight. Would definitely stay there again!
