    Escape to Ashworth 1406, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo on the 14th floor, offering 1,350 sq. ft. of stylish living space and breathtaking Atlantic views. Step out onto your private 25-foot balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and direct beach access.

    The living room features power recliners on each end of the sofa, a separate power reclining chair, an additional accent chair, a flat-screen smart TV, and a ceiling fan for maximum comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, full-size washer/dryer, and both Keurig and drip-style coffee makers. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the unit. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and ice chests are provided for guest use and can be found in the outside hall closet. Your unit key will open this closet.

All went well except the keys were not in the lock box when we got there. After 13 hours on the road we had to make several phone calls and wait 30 minutes for someone to get to the office to give us the keys.

Great views!!

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend. Family of 4….kids (5 and 9 years old). We had a great time. The condo was perfect. The kids enjoyed the large tub and really loved the lazy river. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo

With cleaning personnel being in short supply, condo wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. We didn’t have hand towels in bath or dish towel for kitchen. Towels provided were very worn. Condo owners had added some extras which were very nice. 14th Floor location was great. Ashworth takes good care of the outside areas.
