5BD&4BA Private Pool&HotTub, just steps from the beach! Sleeps 14

This private, 2020 construction luxury home has fantastic features for any large group. This exceptional home includes a private outdoor pool and 7 person salt spa. It’s just steps from the beach! 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. Sleeps 14. 2400 total sqft of living space. We are second row from the ocean but are directly across from the public walkway to the beach! Very quick walk! We have 2 master bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms, a bunk room, a queen room with a trundle bed that shares a Jack and Jill bath on the upper level; as well as a pull-out couch.

You will also have access to the lower level 3rd Master bedroom. A queen bed and a twin bed, with its own en suite bathroom. This room is an exterior room and isn’t directly connected to the upstairs living space…access to main living is up the exterior stairs to upper level. This is the perfect master suite for those wishing to have their own quiet & private space! This room is also conveniently located right next to a large private pool & 7-person hot tub.

This beautiful light and airy beach home is just a 2 minute walk to the beach by way of the direct beach access path in front of the home. Crescent Beach in North Myrtle is known for its family atmosphere and expansive beaches.

The pool is one of the largest a private home can have and is 7 feet deep in the deep end! The pool basketball goal is always a hit with the kids! The pool can heated for an additional fee just reach out to us upon booking!

The salt spa fits 7 adults and is perfect to relax in after a day on the beach!

There is an outdoor refrigerator located near the lower level bedroom and bath!

There are 6 TV’s and great WiFi! There is lots of outdoor entertainment space but best of all you are just steps from the beach!

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, full cookware and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher). We have a gas grill, coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, toaster, crockpot, griddle, large blender, pots and pans, tuber ware, plates, cups, mixing bowls and much more!! You'll have the option of casual in-house meals, going out to sample local restaurants, or a beachside cookout with the grill by the pool! You're steps from the beach, yet you feel like you're tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood..

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and high chair.

Sheets and towels are provided.

We have lots of great recommendations on our Blue Skies and Family Tides Facebook and Instagram page, as well as in our recommendations book in the home! There are always new and fun things to do in North Myrtle Beach. Swim in the private pool, surf the waves, shop, fish, golf, or just relax under your beach umbrella. There are exciting shows at the music theaters and live stage performances (drama, comedy, magicians, musicals, and more). Barefoot Landing and Broadway for shopping, dining and entertainment! Enjoy a day trip to Brookgreen with its amazing botanical gardens, American figurative sculpture, and low-country zoo. You can have a family fun & thrills at the Grand Strand's amusement and water parks. Alligator Adventure, Putt Putts, playgrounds, the Pirate Show, lots of shows and entertainment around the area and the kids love the arcades! You can walk to Molly Darcy's Irish Pub & Restaurant or to Mr. G's for lunch or Ice Cream!

This house was perfect for our stay. Family friendly - short walk to the beach, perfect for little kids! Arley was an excellent host and took care of any issues / needs we had. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Great place

This was a awesome place to stay. It had all the amenities you need when your away from home. Very clean and well kept. The hot tub and pool were very nice. The host was amazing and did a great job reaching out to us if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place. It don’t get a whole lot better.

Birthday Gateway!!!

Was a Great location! It was just minutes from the Beach , Restaurants & Shops. The house was very clean & stocked with utensils for us to cook with! The Host Arley was very nice & sweet. I had a couple questions before check in & she got back to me within minutes! She also sent me a birthday cake, flowers & a cute balloon! I definitely recommend this to anyone traveling with a big group. Definitely has more than enough room. My Family & I will definitely be booking this house again for our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Lovely Property!

We had such an amazing stay at this property. The communication was great with the property manager as well. Very attentive to our needs. The house came equipped with everything we needed for our Stay. Great location to beach and dining and other attractions. Nice neighborhood. We loved everything about it. Wilson Family Get Away

We booked the house last fall and gave it to our children and grandchildren for Christmas. The accommodations and location did not disappoint! The house provided great sleeping arrangements for 5 adults and 4 grandchildren! Four bathrooms worked out wonderfully and the pool out back was perfect! With the beach only being a short distance from the house, we walked down a beach access path and we were there! Overall a fantastic place to stay and we would definitely book it again!

Another great stay at Blue Skies and Family Ties

This was our third time staying at this property, and continue to highly recommend it. It’s in a great location with easy access to the beach. Lots of room to spread out, and we love having the private pool after a day on the beach. We had an issue with the AC, but the owner had a HVAC tech out within an hour or so and he quickly fixed the issue. She then followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good. Great communication!

Perfect House

This is our 4th time staying here, we come back because the house is perfect for a large family vacation. The location is perfect and the house has many amenities that help make your stay stress free and enjoyable. The beach is a couple minutes walk from the house and the pool is available for days you just want to hang out at the house. The location is perfect as there are many food choices available or cook in the fully equipped kitchen if you want to stay in. Dealing with Arley, the owner, is fantastic experience. She is very helpful and responds to any questions or issues promptly and efficiently. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation experience, can’t wait for next time!

Excellent Home for an Awesome Location

We booked Blue Skies and Family Tides for a family beach trip for 5 adults and 2 teens. The house was fantastic - clean, well maintained and properly furnished with very comfortable beds. The backyard caught the sun all day and the pool was large enough for everyone to float even if basketball was underway. The beach is a short walk from the house - about 200 yards or so and easily accessible with a cart. It was easy to go back and forth if anything was left behind. Bring your own beach towels and equipment and note that Myrtle Beach does not allow tents or shade except for your standard umbrella. The host, Arley, was very considerate, responded immediately and was always available if there were issues (of which there were none). The house is less than a mile from US17 so there are plenty of restaurant options. Its also a short walk from Molly Darcy's Irish Pub which was a pleasant way to end a long beach day. Great trip, would definitely stay again.

THE BEST

This past week was our families annual vacation and we couldn’t have chosen a better beach home to stay in. This home was clean, very well maintained, spacious, very well equipped with everything you may need, not to mention absolutely gorgeous!! We didn’t have very good weather (Hurricane Debby) which could have been a miserable time staying inside with two 8 year olds and a six year old, but no…..The owner Arley texted me to find out the ages of our grandchildren so she could have gifts delivered to the door for us. The beach house already had games, puzzles, cards, etc. and when our gifts arrived, we had multiple games, popcorn, Cookies with sprinkles to bake, chocolates and a few other sweet treats. I can’t begin to tell you what that meant to us and the kids were so excited. I communicated with Arley multiple times during our stay because she wanted to make sure we had everything needed. I would definitely stay again if visiting North Myrtle Beach and would definitely recommend to family and friends. If you’re looking somewhere to stay, this is certainly the place! And, Yes It is just a 2 minute walk to the beach which was awesome. Thank you Arley for everything!

Perfect home for a large group

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful home this is! If you have this home on your radar just book it. The pictures are great but do not do this home justice. Upon entering you are in a beautiful open dining/living room. It seemed larger in person. The kitchen was equipped with any appliance you would need including a toaster, air fryer, griddle, pots, pans, plates, silverware, washer, dryer, detergent for clothes, cleaning supplies, ice cream maker, and on and on. The bedrooms were spacious and came with linen and bath towels. Beds were very comfy, no complaints from any of the 5 bedrooms. The master bath was beautiful-equipped with a rain shower. We enjoyed warm Southern nights relaxing on the comfortable front porch Adirondack chairs. I loved them so much I actually came home and bought some. The pool was enjoyed by all! There was pleanty of room for everyone to sit, swim and splash around. Nothing like a private pool! No sharing space and wondering if everyone is clean. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk depending on speed. Very close. Absolutely beautiful beach- not too busy. Location was perfect! Last but certainly not least, communication with Arley (owner) was fantastic! I felt comfortable asking any questions and the check in and out instructions were crystal clear. She was even so kind to have a birthday surprise (cake and flowers) waiting for my mom. We celebrated her 70th there! If you’re looking for a perfect beach house this is the one!

Amazing vacation home in MB!

Arley was wonderful to work with and the house was exactly as pictured. They had everything you could possibly need from extra towels, linens, kitchen appliances, etc. We had 6 kids in our group, ages ranged from 2-14 and they all had the time of their lives! The house is just a short walk to the beach, we spent most of our time between there and the awesome salt water pool! Also just a short driving distance to all the stores and shops. We cannot wait to come back!

The house was lovely. Great location and distance from the beach. The public walkway to the beach was right across from the front door and that made our trips over to the beach much easier. The pool was awesome! Much larger than expected. And the hot tub was huge! We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings. It was a perfect size for our family. The owner was fantastic to communicate with. Even before our trip, she answered every question and even sent me pictures and a blueprint of the house so I could see the layout of all the different rooms. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful hosts she and her husband were!
