Enjoy a premium beachfront stay in this beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bath end-unit condo at Crescent Shores (North Tower, 6th floor). With nearly 1,800 sq ft of living space, this bright and spacious retreat offers ocean views from almost every room and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

April 2026 Updates:
Brand new 75” Samsung Smart TV in the living room, added TV and new dresser in the master bedroom, updated TV console, refreshed living room layout, and upgraded décor throughout.

The open living area is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring updated furnishings, a large dining space, and a massive 75” TV perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Step out onto the private oceanfront balcony and take in sweeping coastal views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel Samsung refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, Crockpot, and all cookware and essentials needed for your stay.

Mark is awesome to deal with! He kept me updated on everything that I needed to know. Even gave restaurant suggestions. The condo is so pretty and clean. Easy access to the beach which was also very clean. Pool area is constantly being cleaned and monitored. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future!

Thanksgiving beach getaway

The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed seeing dolphins and a whale from the balcony! It’s also just a short drive to restaurants and lots of activities. I would definitely recommend.

The condo is just as described in the listing, very clean and updated. Love the king bed in the 3rd bedroom. Mom (70) really appreciated the ADA height toilet in the master. Nice new composite rocking chairs on the patio. Received several unsolicited texts throughout the week from the condo owner (Mark), just checking in to see if everything was going well. Class act!! Will book here again.

We were celebrating all turning 60. The balcony was beautiful to sit and relax. The kitchen had good options for bowls etc to make a charcuterie board. It was wonderful to store our beach chairs in the outside closet. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would recommend it!

Best we have stayed

This is a fantastic condo. Each year for the last 15 years my full family take a week trip to Myrtle. Of all the Condo and homes we have stayed this was our favorite. The Condo staff are fantastic the location is wonderful. The owners are what pushed this condo over the top they were quick with any help we might need and kept check on us though messages to see if we or the condo needed anything. If you are looking for a family trip I could not give this a higher recommendation.

Excellent place for family

Mark was super easy to communicate with. Great place. We were using the place at the end of the season, so the outside beach closet was packed full of discarded items from previous guests. My only suggestion would be to have items like plastic wrap and foil etc. I think it would encourage other guests to leave their extra helpful items for the kitchen.

Amazing Time in NMB

We had a wonderful week at Crescent Shores. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teens without feeling like we were on top of each other. We all felt it was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy cooking meals. The location was perfect and walkable to many things. Our only complaint was the ice maker, but there are several places nearby to get ice. I would recommend coming with bags of ice. Mark was very communicative and checked in on us several times. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The Perfect Getaway!

We just left Mark’s condo after spending our spring break. It was newly renovated and very-well kept. The four bedrooms provided more than enough space for our 4 families and had lots of storage. The large balcony provided us with beautiful ocean views in both the living room and master bedroom.We enjoyed watching the sunrise with our morning coffee. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal. The washer and dryer in the unit were extremely convenient. The kids loved being steps away from the multiple pools and beautiful beach. Mark had great dining recommendations and was readily available when we had questions. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in a prime location. We are hoping to return soon!

Amazing!

This condo is perfect for families, several couples, or any group that is looking for a space with several bathrooms and bedrooms. Mark and property management team is fantastic and full of great insider tips as well as responding quickly to questions. We had zero problems during our stay because everything was excellent quality, exceptionally clean, and basically like being at our own home. The beds and the furnishings are top quality, the bathrooms function perfectly, the kitchen is exceptional. Newness and cleanliness are very important to us and you can’t find a better place than this condo. We have rented from many many places, and this is by far the best. The property is amazing, parking is easy, access to the beach is close and very easy. I would re-rent this condo again without any hesitation.
