  • This Penthouse beauty in North Myrtle Beach`s premier ocean-front resort. You and your guests will enjoy spectacular, sweeping views of the sparkling blue ocean and pristine beach. The living area is graced with tile floors. An atmosphere of soothing relaxation that is both contemporary and classic. Tinted, sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom emphasize the unique views from this condo while letting in the bright light during the day and the setting sun and stars at night.
    Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy.

    Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on the property.

    Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age.

    Code to the parking garage and building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival. Parking in the garage is limited to the 2nd through 4th level. Only high top vehicles that cannot make it up the ramp to the 2nd level are permitted on the ground level. Anyone parking on ground level not in a high top vehicle is subject to be fined and/or towed by the HOA.
