Great vacation

I was nervous on what to expect when we arrived but it was a great experience. The condo was nice and cleaned and had a lot of space. The view was so beautiful from are balcony. Just had an over all great experience. Would definitely recommend 🙂

Nice clean condo

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and has nice amenities. We loved being right on the beach. There were some things that could be added to the kitchen to make it better, but we were happy with our stay overall.

Clean family friendly condo

We loved how clean not only the condo but the hotel as a whole. We felt very safe - code to enter the pool areas, bathrooms, etc. The only thing this property is missing is a tiki bar!

Great view out the living room and master bedroom. The condo was extremely clean. That means a lot to me. There’s not a thing I can say we were in need of. Great communication with management. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.

We loved the location of this property. It was so easy to get down to the pools and ocean! Everything about the property was clean. We saw people cleaning everyday. The view from the property is spectacular and the glass on the balcony gives an extra touch of spectacular.

Beautiful, well maintained condo.

Plenty of plates, glassware, kitchen utensil, etc. Many condo rentals in Myrtle Beach look like a frat house and are maintained that way. This condo was very clean and all appliances worked properly. Very satisfied.

Super clean, but the kitchen needs attention. I submitted a separate report for that. If you plan to cook, bring everything you need down to pot holders. Beds are decent, the condo is turbo clean, and you can't beat the balcony!

"Score a Home Run Stay at Bahama Sands 1003: Where the view is a Grand Slam!"

This beautiful condo offers spectacular views from the 10th floor, making it an ideal accommodation for our stay during the Softball Spring Classic in March. Our experience was truly enjoyable; however, one aspect that fell short was the inadequately supplied kitchen. In today's world, families often prefer to prepare meals at home rather than dine out frequently. I am confident that the management team will address this issue with the homeowner to rectify these minor inconveniences. We look forward to returning next year to this gem in North Myrtle Beach.

1002 Bahamas Sands

The location and condo met our needs. Comfortable beds and space. Strange no Keurig Coffee maker. There were some houskeeping losses, not clean found fun drink in under bed in one room. A ribbon from a balloon tied to lamp in MBR and both remotes did not have backs. We did not receive a “Welcome Package”, we called 800# and the parking passes and bracelets were at the door by time we came back from dinner.

Great View But Needs Updating

Ocean view was spectacular, but the condo itself left more to be desired. Besides the view, another feature we absolutely loved was keyless entry to both the condo and other building amenities… no key cards to lose or get demagnetized. It was spacious but didn’t offer amenities including food service, beach equipment/bike rental, etc. The proximity to nearby attractions, restaurants and shopping areas was ideal (for us), but required a vehicle; nothing within walking distance. Always felt secure while there. Could stand to modernize bathroom and kitchen appliances. Carpet in bedrooms were very dirty… had to wear shoes at all times! Need to update bathroom linen (towels/washcloths very worn/dingy). When we arrived, had to inform management that the condo appeared to have been half cleaned as there were trash around bed, dirty wet towel hanging on back of bathroom door, hair and dust on base of toilet and visible dirty silverware in drawer (sent pics). Also appeared to be prepping for paint as there were several white puddy spots on wall as well as few holes in wall in one room. Entire condo due for touch up paint job. Iron did not work, however management was very responsive and provided brand new iron within 30 mins and new set of silverware. Would be much nicer place to stay if they took time to make few small investments in property; i.e. starting with getting better cleaning service.

Property was very clean and accesible, has a gorgeous view of the ocean. Everything was on point. Looking forward to next year's stay. Only problem was the main area floors, they were not as clean as they should have been. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend it to others. Rooms are very spacious. Great for a large group.
