"Dirty Dirty Dirty. Old sheets, old comforter, old wash clothes and towels. Smoking smell in the rooms. Loud noise all night from suspect people walking the halls. Don't stay here! Dont be fooled by the pictures."

"Cancelled my booking without notice to tell me it’s sold out. When I asked for the manager I was told there is a room for more than what I originally booked. Washroom was filthy hair in the tub and dirt around the tub. Had no choice as I was only staying a few hours for a connection and had my toddler with me. Shuttle service was the only great thing. "

"Room was clean but elevator seemed old and made sounds. Also the floor in the breakfast area was not clean. They needed more staff. While the staff were very pleasant, I had a billing issue as they couldn't see that I paid for my room via Orbitz and I was accidentally charged again for my stay. Took some time to investigate the matter. "
