"Emma’s is such a beautiful house! So many great antiques and beautiful art. The room was big, had everything we needed, cozy big bed, bathroom linens etc. There are robes in the room and small toiletries as well. The owner, Ron, is delightful and so accommodating. Breakfast was big and filling. Coffee hot! Easy access, plenty of parking, absolutely zero complaints. No fuss, which is nice to comparable options. No to-do lists. Just a gorgeous house, a comfy bed, hot breakfast, and a wonderful host."

"A previous stay with a different host had kind of convoluted parking set-up, involving confusing street signs, a photo with the park here/not here markings, and having to message the host with our license plate number. After that, it was a very nice and hassle-free experience to have an easy-to-access and clearly marked parking set-up. It's appreciated to have one less thing to fret over while on vacation!I also prefer a room and furniture set-up like this that feels more like a bed & breakfast than some of the other VRBO offerings that are clearly rooms that were arranged to be very "hotel-like."The surrounding area is nice and quiet while still being a short and easy drive to other things to do in the Powell and Dublin areas.I don't know if it's a silly thing to mention, but I think the heated toilet seat should be one of the listed amenities in the VRBO description. It might not sound like as much of a luxury as a hot tub, but...hey, once you've tried it...!"

"We absolutely loved this house and the quiet location. Plus it was Extra clean. Everyone had a room to sleep in, the kitchen and dining room had plenty of space for breakfasts, a great coffee pot, fridge, stove and new dishwasher. Plenty of glasses and mugs. The game room in the basement was used every evening with a Pool table, ping pong, corn hole, dart board and games. The kids loved the yard too. We sat in the swing and enjoyed a beautiful sunset and looking at your cows and goats. Everyone wants to meet there again next year! The location was great for us .. it was a first time to Ohio for our grandkids, so we went to Anthony Thomas Chocolates to get Buckeyes and bought desserts and donuts from Der Dutchman! We did Legoland about 25 min away before we checked in and then the Columbus Zoo was 15 min away the next day. Saturday we drove an hour and 45 min to do Safaris at The Wilds. We were blessed with perfect weather. Thank you so much for sharing your home"

"The flat was wonderful for two people. We struggled with the door code on the building, but the actual flat door functioned well. It is downtown, so the train noise once during the night and sirens 2 other times did wake me, so just be prepared for that. Otherwise, flat was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. We have stayed in other flats in this building and have enjoyed them all. We did contact the owner through the app as we were locked out of the building, and did not have a response, but we were able to get in after allowing the lock time to reset."
