"We recently stayed at this hotel for three days with our family, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the very beginning, service was inconsistent and often frustrating. Calling the front desk was a challenge, as calls would go unanswered even after 15–20 rings.
One of the recurring issues was the confusion around our breakfast inclusion. Each morning, we had to go through the same back-and-forth with the staff, which became unnecessarily tiring. Additionally, the constant security checks every time we entered or exited the hotel felt excessive and inconvenient.
It also appeared that the staff prioritized foreign guests over others, which was quite disappointing. Many of the employees seemed inexperienced, almost as if they were still in training, which reflected in their lack of confidence and coordination.
The restaurant was another letdown, offering very limited Indian menu options, and the pricing felt unreasonably high for what was served. Overall, the hotel felt like an average property with a brand name attached, but it did not deliver on expectations."
