Tradstuga: modern lakefront tree cottage w/ sauna

Rent a Swedish-themed house facing west on Lake Champlain to experience lagom. Upstairs, enjoy two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen clad in whitewashed birch and oak. Downstairs, enjoy an outdoor shower and a sauna clad in cedar. Outside, relax on the lake dock or treetop deck after walking on trails in neighboring Pelots Natural Area.

The 1 ha (2.5 ac) lakefront land parcel and floor to ceiling windows provide spaciousness. The Italian pellet stove and Finnish sauna provide coziness.

11 kw solar panels power Trädstuga's heat pump water heater and air conditioning/heat, and also its electric cooking range, outdoor grill, car charger, sauna and other appliances. Composting and commingled recycling are offered on site.

GMA provides whole bean Vermont roasted coffee with grinder, French press, milk and tea and also Vermont maple syrup and pancake mix.
