"Staff is always very pleasant here. I especially love the warm welcoming feel I get each time I stay. Christina front desk staff is my all time favorite! She has the best customer service skills ever! Always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She keeps me coming back! This is my new found place to stay whenever i visit South Florida. This was my 3rd stay here been staying since Nov 2022. All the staff here are very pleasant! I adore the female security guard, she takes her job very serious yet she is very kind and helpful! I met the newest manager during this last stay he was very warm and friendly too. I believe his name is Roger. Besides the great staff, the rooms are huge and very clean! Big shot to the cleaning crew staff! Way to gp Sheraton! Keep shining!!"
