"I booked this hotel as an anniversary celebration. The listing looked great, with the room being described as a Spa Suite. The room was lovely and the grounds very well presented. My issue upon arrival was to learn that access to the pools was NOT included in the stay and was an additional cost of £99 per person per access. I had to raise a complaint whilst there and got zero help from hotels.com - other than them speak to the hotel to confirm it was an error in their listing. After 2 hours of...

"Very easy to get to and ample parking, lovely gardens as expected for a golf hotel. Booked through Expedia and all correspondence through Expedia, replied to a message received asking for any room request- asked for a message to be left for our son in the room- this was not actioned. Also room towels and cups only set up for 2 instead of 4 and there was no mini bar in the room as offered, however this was quickly rectified by reception staff and a good will drink offered.
