"So upon arrival I had 3 rooms booked. Once i got my family settled in theirs I went to mine and had some issues with my room. Laura and the maintence guy who's name i forget both handled the issues with respect and got me taken care of. Love this location and will it will always be the go-to when I'm in the area."

"I like this hotel due to the proximity to the casino and Peach St shopping. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always cleaning. Breakfast is good for a continental. The best thing is the beds are so comfortable. Room size is good for 2 ladies on a shopping trip."

"Another strange stay in Erie, we struck out this trip! Although the room was clean, our in room soaking tub filled slower than ever. We ended up not using it. We headed to pool area, the sauna would not heat, the hot tub was cold and the pool was hot. The cafe was never open not even in the morning. The hotel is under renovation. There’s been some use in the place, dirty elevators. Overall our stay was restful, all of the things we wanted to utilize to truly unwind didn’t work."

"John, the host was quick to answer any questions and have solutions to our boat parking issues. The lake views are really spectacular with easy access. The neighbors could not have been friendlier! As for the house itself., it was absolutely perfect for our family. Each adult child had their own space, the units exceeded our expectations. The outdoor areas were incredible. I cannot say enough good things about this place!"
