Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath, Sun filled New Englander style Farmhouse boasts all the amenities you could possibly need. Exceptionally clean and spacious with all new appliances/furniture, freshly painted exterior within 2 blocks to downtown on a quaint "Norman Rockwell-ish" residential side street will draw you to visit year after year. The bright kitchen leads to a laundry room and full bathroom as well as the 1st floor bedroom/den. Our spacious sun filled master bedroom with walk in closet, king size bed, along with wide pine flooring and two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor includes a full bathroom, music room/office/den.
Living room features a wood stove that's perfect for entertaining with private deck leading to oversized fenced in yard with a fire pit, and a outside hot tub. Screened in farmers porch that's perfect to store your skis during the winter season or golf clubs during the warmer months with plenty of off street parking. Games, movies, netflix, books, and free wifi makes this "has it all" home a wonderful and affordable getaway within steps to fantastic restaurants, shopping, ski resorts and much more. Great place, great location!

Our family, including adults, very young kids, and one young dog, really enjoyed our week here. The house has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation and the location is within easy walking distance of everything you need and enjoy. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning someday.

N Conway winter trip

This home was cozy and clean. Perfect space for our family for our annual snowmobile trip. The local can’t be beat.. you can walk right into town. Would highly recommend!

Loved our stay here! It was walking distance to so many good spots (food, shopping, hiking). Lots of comfortable beds, and plenty of space for us to have our two little ones (2.5 years old and 2 months old) along. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

The property was centrally located nearby to everything North Conway has to offer. It is a gorgeous home and was clean and cozy. The owners were extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely like to stay again!

Perfect House!

Perfect location and comfortable home

The house was exactly as described and pictured. Plenty of room for 7 adults and a dog! We loved walking into town and all of the hikes around the area. Also easy access to winter sports including a variety of ski mountains. Would love to come back during any season.

Great place!

Hope to return next year. It was everything the listing said it was. it was clean and spacious for 5 adults. Loved the quiet location, right near downtown. Walked to many restaurants, attractions and stores.

Just perfect!

This is the second time we have rented here and loved it as much this time as last! My husband and I stayed the week and our adult kids came and stayed at different times. It’s perfect for a group and what is so amazing is that you are close to everything, and yet feel very removed from the crowds. Can’t wait to return!

Great property and location

We loved staying here. East walking distance to the center of town and utilizing the back road near the train tracks was a huge time saver when we needed to drive somewhere. Highly recommend renting this house for your get away. Only thing that may be of concern for parents with small children is that the stairs are quite steep to the second floor but there are baby gates available to block doorways.

Storyland Getaway

This house was incredible! Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and have space and privacy while spending time together. Storyland was our reason to come to the area but we enjoyed the house even more. Quality time with the kids and grown up time in the backyard at night was priceless. Clean all around, an impressive number of kitchen supplies, and a quiet neighborhood made a memorable trip for two families with little ones.

Great house, great location!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. We loved the location, it was so close to downtown that our 3 & 5 year olds walked home from the playground/splash pad without complaint! The house was clean, well stocked, had easy parking, and some lovely amenities. We found the kitchen to be well stocked & were thrilled with the amount of towels provided. The hot tub and fire pit in the yard made for relaxing adult time in the evening & having plenty of air conditioners meant a great nights sleep. The whole family agreed we would stay again!

Perfect location close to downton North Conway and Cranmore

Visited Diann's property with 4 adults and 5 children. Location was close to shops/restaurants in downtown North Conway and only a few minutes to the base of Cranmore. House was cozy and had all the necessary amentities. Hot tub was a plus after a day on the slopes. Will likely return again in the future.

The house was clean and the hot tub was relaxing. The only problem was the WiFi was unusable and without WiFi it was a dead zone. And the kitchen lacked essentials…but bring everything you need to cook and you’ll be golden.

Cozy cottage

We came up for a family ski weekend. Skied attitash and wildcat. Attitash is about 15 min drive. Wildcat was 30 min. House is very cozy with small wood burning stove/fireplace. Easy walk into town. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was great after ski day.

Awesome house in the perfect location!

Perfect location for our tubing trip down the Saco. Walking distance to Zebs and other cool spots to shop and get fresh drinks and snacks. We ate dinner at the house, the kitchen is fully stocked. I was psyched about the spice rack! Each bedroom was spacious and had towels for each person. Great home!! Diann was wonderfully attentive if we needed anything. I can’t wait to go back. We LOVE the White Mountains!

Holiday Getaway

Our family of 3 (and small dog) enjoyed a 5 night stay Dec. 23-28th. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable! We found the kitchen to be well stocked, the wood burning stove a bit small but easy to use! We took advantage of the outdoor hot tub. Only wish it was a bit more private but oh well! Despite the unfortunate weather (warm cloudy/rainy) we managed to have a great time! The location is FABULOUS! A short walk to shops, restaurants, and walking trails. We have family in the area and were able to host a dinner for 7 adults with plenty of room! We are grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

Perfect house and location

Our family of four spent a week in August of 2023 and absolutely loved the house. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch, the deck, and the hot tub. The location was perfect- we always walked to dinner downtown. We’ve spent many weeks in North Conway, and this was probably our favorite house that we’ve rented. Diann was also extremely responsive and helpful. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house one night when we left for dinner. I messaged Diann and she responded immediately with a solution! I have nothing but positives to say based on my experience.
