Leave USED beds unmade. Please remember to clean grill & fire pit if used.
All trash must be BAGGED and in bins in garage (code 2010)
Spices and sealed food items may be left for next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If any of your actions trigger a cancellation, refund, or discount to the next guest, you will be responsible for the full amount of the lost revenue.
Only dogs and people disclosed on the reservation are allowed. Undisclosed dogs or guests will result in dismissal or a $50 fee per person/pet night.
Late checkouts are granted if possible BUT must be requested in advance. If you are not gone by 10am you will be charged for an extra night.
