Large chalet with private hot tub and great views close to North Conway town

Our beautiful vacation home is located in the desirable Birch Hill area at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Ideally positioned for the winter season with Cranmore mountain being only a 10 minute drive, Attitash 15 mins and Wildcat 25 mins. Several other slopes are within an hour's drive. Right now, ski conditions are great locally, so come on down.

The open plan style offers ample space for up to 8 people and there are stunning mountain views from the high end hot tub located on the back deck.

The main level comprises the kitchen, diner, lounge and ¾ bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and many extras to provide you many of the comforts of home. The lounge has vaulted ceilings, an oversized wood-burning river stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains. Comfortable seating, large smart TV (with cable), a 7’ combo games table (pool/air hockey) and a variety of games in the cupboard provide entertainment for all.

In the large open loft space there is a queen bed and 2 full beds. There is plenty of storage space in the form of storage chests and a small chest of drawers. In addition there is a foosball table for the young at heart.

A fully fitted basement provides comfortable accommodation with two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 45" Smart TV, a seating area, and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom sleeps four, in two built-in adult size bunk beds, and has a 24’ flat screen TV. A full bathroom also contains a private washer and dryer.

Our secluded ¾ acre lot is surrounded by trees on 3 sides and the cul-de-sac. The ground slopes quite steeply in places that enhances the stunning views but the meadow style area gives plenty of places to enjoy the outdoors.

When making your booking please ensure that you include the planned number of guests in your party. Notify me as soon as possible of any changes. A 20% discount is automatically applied for bookings of a week.

If your party is 7 or more persons then I will require a period of 2 days after your departure for extended cleaning (in line with recommendations), so please consider this when checking your vacation dates as this is not currently automatically assessed by the VRBO systems.

Amazing Family Getaway

Beautiful cozy home with gorgeous Mountain View’s. Our kids of all ages enjoyed the pool table and hot tub and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. A perfect spot for a family getaway and so close to town for activities.

Great stay

Nice cabin. The property has its quirks, but we were able to work with it just fine. The location was perfect for what we were doing, and it was very kid friendly. Maybe too friendly with the big bowl of lollipops on the kitchen table. I had to hide that on the cabinets, sorry lol.

Great Family Spot

We had 5 adults and 3 kids for 7 nights and all had a wonderful time. The accommodations with all the amenities were perfect for our needs. We could easily get to skiing, snowmobiling, skating, hiking and tubing!

Lovely Mountain Vista

Great place for kids and adults! The hot tub on the deck was perfect. Pool table, air hockey and foos ball kept the kids active and happy...and off their tablets! The fireplace was warm and cozy. Vconvenient

Great House for a Group

This was a great place to stay for an adult winter getaway with some family and friends. The house was as described and we had a great time. There was unfortunately an issue with the hot tub while we were there but the property manager was very responsive and was able to correct the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location and House For a weekend away in NH

This home has a great view of the Mt. The hot tub was amazing. Plenty of room for a large family. Master bedroom bed was so comfortable. Communication with the owner was wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful.

Long weekend away

I booked this Chalet for a long weekend to stay with friends and my significant other. The house was in a quiet neighborhood which was great for hanging out in the hot tub (which is a big selling point!) while still close to North Conway and plenty of shops and activities. The house was perfect for our long weekend and had everything we needed.

Another great trip

Paul was communicative and thorough during the entire process. House was clean, full of amenities, and on a nice dead end street. We loved the huge hottub! Would definitely recommend.

Incredible views and very clean home

Three of my friends and I stayed here, and it exceeded our expectations. The house was comfortable, clean, and orderly. The host, Paul, responded very timely to the one message I had to send during our stay. The views of the mountains are absolutely incredible, and my only advice would be to make sure you have the lockbox code handy prior to arriving at the house, because you may not have cell service to look it up once you arrive.

Lovely views

Our ladies group had a great time, the views are great, the hot tub was wonderful! Plenty of room for five of us. The beds and bedding could use an upgrade along with the bath towels. It was a lovely rustic time at the chalet! Thanks for having us!
