"We had a great time overall. We loved the decor, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and the food was great. The entertainment at the pool was fun but we found our selves looking for more things to do in the evening. We understand the hotel is newer and they still need to add more options so we just made the most of it and had an amazing time either way."

"The room was clean, fresh, and smelled pleasant upon arrival. The property itself was also well maintained, and the food was both delicious and attractively presented. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor and is an area that needs significant improvement. While the accommodations and dining experience were enjoyable, the level of service negatively impacted my overall stay. Having stayed at all three of their Montego Bay properties, I found this one to be the weakest overall experience."
