"The room was clean, fresh, and smelled pleasant upon arrival. The property itself was also well maintained, and the food was both delicious and attractively presented.
Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor and is an area that needs significant improvement. While the accommodations and dining experience were enjoyable, the level of service negatively impacted my overall stay.
Having stayed at all three of their Montego Bay properties, I found this one to be the weakest overall experience."
