"The staff was amazing the moment t we got there. None of the staff pressured you into anything. Also the rooms were very clean and upbeat. The pool was clean everyday and a whole lot of fun."

"Cristobal (front desk assistant manager) raised his voice and yelled at me. The food was bad Terrible staff attitudes. My personal information( a photocopy of my ID) was left in the open for other guest to see at the front desk check in area. The spa prices are not as advertised. They did not play reggae music nor did they appear to care about the Jamaican culture. Paola , Hotel Manager was informed however they did not take my concerns seriously . Needless to say, I do not recommend this property nor would I ever return."

"The resort was nice. A lot of construction going on when we were there in the main lobby. Had to go to the nurse one of the days because I stepped on a sea urchin and the nurse was very helpful. The resort it self was nice and the food was acually not bad at all. The buffet was good and the al la carts were okay. Definitely do the Hibatchi. "
