Welcome to 25 Spring Hill Rd a light-filled salt box cape. This home invites all searching for their next summer get-a-way. Relax and entertain on 2 decks or unwind in the back yard with some memorable conversation around the firepit. There are three comfortable bedrooms and 2 baths in this lovingly appointed retreat. The first floor master affords a spacious setup with a king bet. On the second floor separated by a catwalk loft and guest bath are 2 additional large bedrooms each outfitted with queens. There is a vaulted great room that connects to a recently updated kitchen. The high ceilings and skylights throughout make for bright enjoyable spaces
Owner also provides a portable crib, high chair, and baby bath tub!

We loved our long weekend in North Chatham. The house is very conveniently located. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax in this comfortable home. The hosts are very quick to respond to any questions.

Great house-would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay on spring hill road. It was a great space for 6 of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the living room was a great space for us all to hang out. The location was close to downtown and everywhere else we wanted to go at the cape. I would caution people about the back yard—lots of ticks!
