This home is located in the center of the Tri-Counties: Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley. Best place to stay! You will have the pleasure and comfort of a down home feel. On the premises is: full range kitchen supplied with cookware, washer and dryer, and a 50 inch Smart TV w/DVD player and Netflix. TV's are also available in each bedroom.

This is a very spacious and cozy two bedroom, two and a half bath, SMOKE-FREE HOME. Can accommodate four individuals with a sleeping arrangement of one King size bed, and one Queen size bed. Pets are NOT ALLOWED due to allergies and consideration for future guest.

Check-in time is 4pm, Check-out time is at 11am.

***Please take all your personal belongs with you at the end of your stay. There will be a $25 charge plus shipping expense for returned items. Items will only be held for 4 days before they are discarded.***

Perfect for 2 couples or a small family! Very clean and Marcus was very responsive. We were in Charleston the first time and the location was great. 20 min to just about anywhere and plenty of local shopping and restaurants nearby .If we come back we would stay here again!

Check-in was a breeze, and this nice, clean residential space is situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and slept well in very comfortable beds. Our itinerary took us to various points of interest in the area and it was a great central location for that!

Favorite peaceful place

The host is very professional easy to communicate with and location is very clean. Very close to everything convenient to stores and restaurants. The college is around the corner and easy to get to. My family enjoys staying here and it’s peaceful.

This townhouse was in a great location. Close to the interstate, shopping, and food locations. Not far from Downtown Charleston. It was 2 minutes (or less) from Charleston Southern University. We were visiting family who live close by. Very pleasant stay.

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed here while dropping our son off at Charleston Southern University. The townhouse had everything we needed, plenary of room, extremely clean, well decorated home looks brand new. Owner was super responsive during our stay. Great place to be while visiting the Charleston area or dropping off a kid at college. Close to all: store, gym, mall, airport. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Charleston!

Power school graduation

We went to Charleston to attend the graduation of our son from Navy Power school. The property was super clean and easy to get to base as well as downtown Charleston and beaches. We did rent a car.

Great location!

We visited family in the area but also wanted to see the sights. The location is within a short drive of the Charleston market/battery, Summerville, Cypress gardens, Angel Oak and several beaches. The townhome itself is convenient with keyless entry, parking at the door, and was very clean. The host provided good quality paper products and plenty of dishes and cookware along with bath products which we didnt use but were a nice touch. We would book again for a return trip to the area.

Great place to stay while visiting students at Charleston Southern University

This place is super convenient to the college( approx one mile), in a great, safe area for walking/running. Close to airport ( 16 mins). It is a 2 story townhome, looks brand new, clean, all necessary amenities included in kitchen and bathroom ( including hair dryer). A/C and heat work great. Keyless entry, good communication with property manager. This is our second time staying here and we will be back! Thank you!

Beautiful and comfortable home

Comfortable and roomy living . The only concern was the remote and T.V.s which were difficult to use. May have corrected the situation with instructions for use. Recycling seems to differ by location and should know what is to be recycled. Lovely home and nice bathing facilities with each bedroom. Would definitely stay there again in traveling to Charleston and host would accept us.
