"Zimmer waren ganz ok. Sauber und gepflegt. Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze vor Ort sodass in den Nebenstraßen geparkt werden muss."

"On arrival we were given the room that we booked only to find out that the door did not lock once we tried to leave the room. After contacting the customer service representative we were told that it “should be safe anyway”. Obviously as a paying customer I was not happy with this. We were then moved to another room (which may I add was a downgrade) because it was all that they could offer us. No mention of a refund of the extra that we paid for the higher spec room and when I asked the question...

"The key card did not work. Staff had to let me into my room with the physical key in the door lock. The next day they had a maintenance person change the battery for it to work. I always check cleanliness when I enter a hotel room by wiping surfaces with a white tissue and see if the tissue comes out dirty. It came out dirty. "

"Mooi, nieuw appartement. Erg schoon en ruim, ook een ruim balkon. Mooie keuken, alleen wat weinig bestek en dergelijke. Wel fijn koffieapparaat dat gevuld was met bonen bij aankomst. Snelle communicatie, zeker een aanrader!"

"The room was amazing and incredible value. Everything was clean and great condition and it was in an amazing location. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. I couldnt reccomend this hotel more."

"Great host! Pavel did above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay in Bucharest as comfortable as possible. He was always available and super responsive. The apartment was good and the location is the best - close to all city center attractions. I more than recommend this place to anyone who wants to have comfortable and pleasant stay in Bucharest."

"The hotel has no reception desk and no staff is on site. The rooms were clean and in good condition. All have jacuzzi and some kind of sauna (a steamer connected to the large shower cabin). The temperature, during the night, was quite low. There is no parking, however you can park on the street in front, if you are lucky enough to find a spot. The hotel is located in a very nice and central area."
