GOT SAND? Well We Do! Come play at our house!
Easy access to three dune entrances with trails to the great Pacific Ocean. No trailering, you, your friends and family can ride directly to the dunes.
Newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath home (max 10 guests in the house). Custom vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room. 7 beds in the main home.
Family room has wood stove, leather sectional, and 65" Flat screen Smart TV for your enjoyment. (Local TV, High Speed WIFI, Netflix, sorry no cable)
The kitchen has wrap-around granite counter tops with 8 bar stools, microwave, glass cook top oven, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, and refrigerator with a great ice maker. Double high efficiency stacking washers and dryers for your convenience. 2 Large crock pots, blender, toaster, hair dryer in each bathroom.

The bedroom layouts are as follows:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Also has toddler bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds and a Graco portable crib
Bedroom 4: Larger room with 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed.

This property is completely fenced and has a blacktop driveway in front leading up to the house. Safe and enclosed environment for children to play and pets too. Please, when you bring your pets... Pick up after them.

Need more space? Add the bunkhouses

2 bunk houses available at an additional $75 per night, just bring sleeping bags or your own bedding.
#1: sleeps 3 (Full size bottom bunk with twin upper)
#2: sleeps 4 (Full size bottom bunk with twin upper plus a stand alone twin).
Exterior Bathhouse / toilet and double head shower for the bunk houses. Bring your own toiletries.
Fire ring...but be sure to note the Fire Districts' rule for burning. Water and hose near fire pit for precautionary purposes.

Maximum of 16 total when renting house and bunk houses.

Plenty of additional parking and privacy.
Gate on the Circle Loop entrance provides additional parking.

Love this place

This is our 2nd year coming to this location, & we absolutely love it. Plenty of room for everyone & easy access to the dunes. Host's are great & easy to communicate with.

Second time staying here

We love this property and plan to book again soon. Super close to the dunes, plenty of privacy, plenty of parking for all the toys and trailers. Everyone had a blast and can't wait to come back.

Christmas Break

Lots of space (interior and exterior parking)for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. House is well appointed for a week stay. Only recommendation is upgrading the mattresses.

Perfect Rental Location

Property is perfect for family experience. Close entrance to dunes. Enclosed yard keeps kids locked in safe making us feel comfortable. Have stayed here before and have no negative remarks.

Great location and plenty of room

The house is large enough for a big group to enjoy dinner together. The great room does make it a little loud if some are watching TV and others are playing cards at the kitchen table. It is a nice house on a quiet street.

Guys trip to the dunes

Had a great time. The refrigerator wasn't working, but it was just bad luck, the owner assured me it was only a week old and offered a quick fix. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

What an incredible place to get away

My family used this property to host an event and I could not say anything nicer about this property. Plenty of room to park with a smaller group up front, but with the bunkhouses you get an amazing amount of parking to utilize as well. Access to the dunes is incredibly easy to get to, and runs perfectly along a route that runs directly to the beach. Could not recommend this place more - we'll be staying again in the future!

Perfect Location!!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The location is awesome for playing on the dunes. The house was very clean, and we felt at home. We had a little problem with the back area passcode but we finally got it worked out. The owner/manager was very kind and apologized. We would definitely stay here again if they would have us!

We had a larger group of family & friends with us this year & this place fit everyone very well. We loved the open area of the kitchen/living room, the huge fenced in lawn for the kids to safely play in without worry. Merv & Eric were very responsive & helpful. We will definitely be back, we all had an amazing time here making memories!

Our second stay

We stayed at this house last summer and loved it so much that we came back again this year. The house is very nice and provides all the space and amenities that we need. The two bunkhouses are perfect for the young people. The property owners are easy to reach and respond without delay. We would like to thank them for sharing this house with us. We will be back!

Great Dune Access Lots of Room

We rented the back and front and enjoyed plenty of space for kids, adults, toys and pets. Very family friendly place! Inside was tidy, outside could have used some pick-up, but was fine. Great fire pit, fun rope swing and fort area! Easy access to the dunes for all levels of riders! Was caught off guard by only having wood heat for the house.....but we made do. Would definitely consider staying again, the good definitely outweighed the not so good (nothing was bad)!

Awesome place

This house is set up very nicely for 8 adults to comfortably share, large kitchen and great room were perfect to hang out in. Dune access from the property was so nice to have. Only complaints are parking area is too small for 3 trucks/trailers especially if you want to unload and maneuver at all. I also didn't get a response from the property manager when I asked about using the outbuildings, the extra parking and bunk space would have been nice. Definitely would like to stay here again

Dunes and Diamonds what can be better…

Just amazing!! Location was perfect. Home was comfortable and had everything and more!! We’ve stayed at many homes but this home had it all!!! The kitchen was amazing. We loved the fire pit, easy dune access, comfortable furniture and ease of stay!! Thank you for having such a great place so our family could make memories!! Our youngest daughter was proposed to and accepted!! We are so excited to welcome another son to our family!!! We will be back!!!

This property was so perfect for our week at the sand dunes. The kitchen was perfect for feeding our big crew and the yard was fully fenced so our pups could safely run off some energy. The trail to the sand dunes was a short distance away which was awesome for the ride in/out (exactly what we were looking for). The extra fridge on the deck was an added bonus and nice amenity. The property manager/owner was super prompt with some check in confusion, mainly on my part but was kind enough to quickly communicate with me. We look forward to staying again for our annual sand dunes trip in 2026.
