  • Hablo espanol. Bienvenidos Trabajores! Ideal for Contractors staying in town for any length: short or long. All of our guests have been out-of-town workers in town for work assignments and have been pleased with staying at our place. Some have stayed for months, even a couple years. Some have been from Puerto Rico or other Spanish speaking places.
    Convenient location to
    North Augusta - in the heart of it
    Augusta, medical district, downtown, and hospitals (6 mi);
    SRS and Kimberly Clark, beechbisland and Aiken (about 15-20 minutes);
    Ft. Gordon (20 -25 minutes)

    House is furnished and has washer & dryer. Comfy cozy cottage. Feels like it wraps its arms around ya. Fully set-up kitchen. Easy-to-get-along-with hostess ;-) Nice yard and back porch to relax under after work.
