  • This recent house with a large courtyard in front and a garden terrace at the back will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in the centre of Nort Sur Erdre! Here you can do everything on foot: 5' from the train station - 6' from the small shops - 7' from the supermarket - Its small port, its guinguette, its landscaped green spaces. It is the ideal place for beautiful family reunions, a stay with the children, beautiful bike rides... The Good Life is here! For the beginning of July 2026 you are also 15' walk from the Festival de la Nuit de l'Erdre, ideal to enjoy the festival without the inconvenience of the road and parking.
    CLARIFICATION: this house is a quiet and very well maintained place to live - parties are forbidden, gatherings until the end of the night will not be accepted.
