"Phew where to start: no lift, room smelt like sewer gas. The carpet was stained. The toilet seat didn't fit properly, the shower took ages to get warm. "

"Right next to the port. Really clean rooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very helpful. Stayed one night after getting off the late ferry from Portsmouth. I had a problem with my car getting off the ferry. I had to hire a car for my onward journey. The hotel let me use their car park (which was secure and safe - Gated) to store my car until I came back to catch the ferry a few days later. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport to pick up the hire car. I cannot thank them enough for letting me do that. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Our family with teen/20+ kids, stayed for one night. We had such a wonderful stay- easy to locate, special feeling property, very friendly and helpful staff, awesome shower, pretty views from upper floor, and the BEST breakfast!! We had a lovely and restful stay!"
