Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located just ONE MILE away from OU! Our home is the perfect place for families, friends, or colleagues who want to experience the best of Norman, Oklahoma. Our eclectic and cozy home is designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay for up to 6 guests. You can easily walk or bike to the university, or take a short drive to the many restaurants, shops, and attractions in downtown Norman.

The Space:
Our home features a fully equipped kitchen, so you can enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. We have a fully stocked coffee and tea bar to make your mornings here even better.

The living room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating for everyone. Even a built in speaker on the wall that guests can connect to & play music on!

All three bedrooms (King, Queen, 2 Twin Beds) are designed to provide a peaceful and restful sleep, with comfortable beds and soft linens. Each room includes a "getting ready" area with a large mirror and floating ledge.

A fenced in backyard that you can enjoy a peaceful morning sitting on patio chairs under the large trees or spend your game day weekend playing corn hole and enjoying the outdoors.

The highlight of our home is the game room, which comes equipped with a TV, ring & hook game and ping pong table. You can enjoy a fun game of ping pong with your friends and family, while watching your favorite shows or sports games on the TV. The game room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring Norman and spend time with your family & friends!

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole house including the spacious backyard and fun game area with a TV and turf in the garage.

The home has ample parking for 4 cars in the front driveway as well as street parking on the east side of the street of the property.

The Neighborhood:
This quiet cul de sac is located just 1 mile east of OU near a ton of food and shopping options just a short drive, walk or bike ride away.

Other Things to Note:
Needing to throw in a load of laundry while you stay with us? No problem! We offer a washer and dryer for your laundry cleaning needs.

We provide a pack n play so you don't have to worry about packing one for your stay with us. We also have a sound machine located in the primary suite for your stay.

The home has 2 Smart TVs where you can use your own streaming service such as Hulu, Netflix, YoutubeTV, etc. Local channels are not provided, but you can log in with any of your personal accounts for access to your favorite shows. Many of these providers offer a 30 day free trail if you are not a current subscriber and wish to watch local/network TV. OU games are broadcast on a variety of networks including PPV so please check for listing networks.

Interaction with Guests:
Guest will have emergency access to the host in case of any issues.
