"A little dated hotel but overall was a good quiet place to stay. Breakfast was great and the happy hour was a nice touch. Over all part of a longer trip was a great place to stay."

"Really like the accommodations at the hotel it was very nice and clean a great area to communicate and visit with your family while you’re in town. The rooms were nice and clean. The swimming pool was a great add-on as it is hot during this time of year would recommend this hotel to travelers you have restaurants from breakfast to lunch to dinner variety also have Home Depot in the area we went and ate at catfish Cove great place to go right down the road."

"We are very pleased with this hotel. Parking downtown was in the garage next door. There was a charge, but after checking in and paying for the parking we could enter/exit as often as we liked. The elevators in the garage were accessed only by key card and brought us right down to the lobby. The front door to the lobby was also always secure and accessible by key card or front desk staff. We felt very safe! Our room was comfortable, breakfast was enjoyable, and we will return the next time we are in town."

"I had read all of the negative reviews AFTER booking the trip, so I was extremely apprehensive about staying there given what I had read about air conditioning going out in the middle of the night and broken power outlets. But when I got there, everything seemed to work fine. Room looked a little run down, but nothing abhorrent. Carpet was sticky in places and the TV looked about 20 years old, but nothing that made me want to pack up and leave. The location was perfectly set in downtown, and with a price I don’t think you could beat. It basically felt like a discount Embassy Suites, at a discount price. We would consider staying there again. Also… we parked around the corner after reading about how awful the valet parking system was. Overall it was an acceptable hotel at that price point"
