I chose this location because it was in my budget and because it was near the finish line of the Yuenglin Shamrock Half Marathon. I was not impressed with the breakfast offerings. Hotel's location made it easy for me to walk to restaurants and sites, plus there was a grocery store across the street for snacks and such.

Sheets smelled like dirty feet, room was smelly dirty & noises coming from pipes between the walls kept us up all night along with ppl hanging out in the halls in the middle of the night & no running water in the bathroom. Front desk was also a frail older woman that was also the security at this unsafe & unkept place.
Noticed working girls also in the parking lot. This is unsafe & unacceptable for any decent family member to stay. I do not recommend this place at all!!! It’s full of ppl from the shelter.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If I could post the photos here I would. The entire hotel was a construction zone. My room was disgusting. There was what looked like blood spots on the bed sheets. There was a shoe foot print on the pillow case. The bed sheets were dirty. There was mold and water stains on the room lamp. A layer of dust covering the room phone. Damage to the shower curtain. The AC was disgusting and had thick dust and other dirt all over it. I requested clean sheets and the front desk lady brought me some and she said she included pillow cases. Not only were there not pillow cases in the clean sheets but there was a pink faux rose petal. How clean could they really be? I wasted $100 on this room and will never stay there again. I asked for a refund from the front desk manager and they refused. Talk about bad service.

This property is in need of an update. I called ahead to tell the staff about my late arrival which they said was fine. Upon arrival I find out that they canceled my reservation. The included breakfast leaves much to be desired. Employees hanging at the desk eating chic fil a while waiting on customers was so unprofessional.

Hotel is very nice in a great spot just a block or two from the oceanfront. Staff was very nice and courteous. Only problems I had was mattress was not the best and for breakfast just had regular things, waffles, sausage but no scrambled eggs or potatoes.

Modern, clean, comfortable. Very efficient and helpful check in from staff. If you’re picky, the bathroom is tiny. But the room overall was great, spacious, comfortable - above average TV selection with interactive dish guide.

Surprisingly good for the prize. Clean bathroom and towels. Floor and tables could use some dusting. Noisy in the halls all night and early in the morning. Comfortable beds. So so breakfast.

In the photos it shows a large fitness room -all of the fitness equipment is in boxes, apparently it hasnt been up and running in two years. The breakfast bar area was large, but sparse. Rooms were clean though, staff was pleasant enough, and area didnt seem sketchy.

The main department does a pretty good job here at the cleaning people doing a really good job. The front desk is lousy.

When I received my room key and headed to room, it was an odor of cigarette smoke. When walking into my room 410, there was a man staying there. I quickly walked out the room and complained to hotel staff. They quickly fixed the problem and I received my hotel room, yet it still smelled of cigarettes.

The property was in poor standards. The property front desk was not inviting and not professional. The elevator did not work properly; had to wait 20 minutes to get on the elevator. My partner leg gave away. The tv was going in and out. The noise level out night was to the capacity of level for noise. The stay was unpleasant and I am requesting a refund. I have pictures for evidence.

Staff professional; much dog poop along perimeter; broken elevator; too few baggage carts; two broken toilets with one flowing upward out of tank and we were loaned a plunger; pizza on floor from previous guest; 2nd room assigned 312 never heated up during our visit; bread selection limited to white. Property is dated. One elevator does not work, the other makes you wonder if it’s going to complete the task each time. Bathroom is tiny, paying to park seemed odd when other hotels in the area had parking included. Staff was friendly and room was clean. It was a good place to stay as all I needed was a place to sleep.

Had a late arrival and could not get anyone to let us in for over 29 minutes. Finally had to call the 1-800 number and they got ahold of someone. Key stopped working everyday, sometimes twice a day.
Stayed 5 nights and got no room service, even though it is clearly posted that room service is provided on the 3rd day. Ran out of toilet paper and asked in the AM if they could get some up to our room as we were leaving for the day. Got back at 11:00 pm, no toilet paper. Called front desk and got a very rude employee who informed me I’d have to come get it myself. Overall rude employees, terrible service and rundown hotel.
