People are outside generally to smoke, because smoking in the rooms is not allowed, or socialize in the good weather. No one was 'scoping' you or your vehicle. Locking one's room and vehicle is good safe practice in a city.That said we are sorry you did not have a fair stay at our property and wish you the best in your travels.

We've located which room you were in and have put the room off market for now. I am sorry but yes we have discontinued offering breakfast. We are also looking in to updating the rooms, outlets, and furniture this coming Winter season. Please feel free to speak to the Front Desk as soon as you are able so that they may address your issues to ensure you do not have to deal with them during your stay. From what I can tell the pictures are accurate but there is a big difference. The floor has been replaced, previously all rooms had carpet but they now all have wood planking. Additionally some pictures depict railing in shower stalls, but that only exists in certain ground floor rooms and your reservation was on the second floor. I apologize if either of these differences were misleading.

Looking back on my records I do not see where the Front Desk agent recorded your complaint so I will have a word with them to see why they did not. The warmth in the rooms on check in being an issue is certainly not one we were adequately prepared for, and for that I do apologize. In hindsight we should've had the AC's running in each room after being cleaned in the mornings due to the high temps that hit the area during your stay. As for the bed and TV those issues are less easy to fix but no less serious for the comfort of your stay, we are aware. Changes to all the rooms furniture and some of the electronics are planned for renovations after this current summer season. Though I know that does not help address the issue during your stay, I want you to know we are aware of the issues and are trying to address them. The compliments of the staff's performance has been relayed to them and you have our thanks for the praise. We of course hope to see you again in the future but if we do not, we hope you have a wonderful time wherever you go.
