We booked through Expedia. When we got to the hotel to check in, the front desk clerk was horribly rude, did not even look up our names for confirmation, told us they did not have rooms available & she could not help us. It was 12:00 am, we were 4 hours away from home. When asked if I could use the restroom at least, was told it was not working. Then when I went back out to my car to get phone to show her our confirmation, she wouldn't let me back in and was told if we didn't leave, she would call police. When my friend's mom called the hotel to find out what was going on since we had paid for 2 nights, the same lady was very rude to her, told her she would block her # if she called back. We ended up driving 4 hours home in the middle of the night. Horrible experience & the lack of customer service was horrific.
