The property was so spectacular with its ocean and forest views and absolute comfort and unbelievable service. Dennis who managers the property was outstanding with his personable approach and kindness to my children. He made our trip extra special and because we had such a wonderful stay we will return. Well kept villa far better than a hotel room

The villa was nice - perhaps more obstructed by trees than advertised. The host was very informative and proactive to make the stay pleasant. Car hire rate was very reasonable. Island food is limited and not cheap and bring your own or budget double what you think. Wifi on the island is problematic.

The units have been recently renovated, are quite spacious, well equipped and set in beautiful gardens which offer privacy for each unit. It is a 5 minute walk to 4 restaurants and about a 10 minute stroll to the heart of Burnt Pine. When you book, airport transfers and a complimentary Island tour are included in the price. A car is also waiting for you at the units if you wish to hire it during your stay. Rosalie, the manager, was welcoming and helpful and all this made for a relaxing stay in Norfolk Island.

Great villa.

Quiet Hotel on Norfolk Island. Ideal for my fishing trip. Unit has refrigerator, gas cook top, big tv, and hot shower. Access to free laundry was added bonus.

Overall it was a pleasant stay at Broadleaf. The complex is very subtropical looking and it is lovely to wander around.

I am your next Spokeswomen

I have not finished raving about Norfolk Island since I got home. The people, the accomodation's locality so close to town, excellent food, fantastic restaurants, tours to all the interesting locations and a car available to swim at secluded beaches and rock pools. Being a scuba diver and only being able to snorkel didn't disturb me one bit because the Island has the best coral and coloured fish I have ever seen snorkeling (yoy have to brave the slight rips and breakers) Our highlight was the shark frenzy at the local ramp and my favourite was Crystal Pool.

Walking distance to town .

Staff member ( Kylie ) was there to meet and greet us when we arrived . She was friendly and helpful . I was a bit dissapointed that there was no free wi fi , but was able to buy some wi fi credit at the local gas station . The most important thing was that the wi fi connection worked in our villa . There was a Laudry room with free soap powder and a washing line on our balcony .

Convenient and clean

Broad Leaf Villas was in a fabulous location, close to everything. There is no reception desk just a greeter and a phone number to ring if you need someone during your stay. The place was gorgeous and clean. Would recommend to everyone. Loved it.

Cosy retreat in the treetops

We enjoyed our stay at Broad Leaf Villas (unit 4) it was quiet, cosy and was everything we could ask for in a self catering stay on Norfolk Island. It would be fabulous in the warmer weather with its shady deck and lovely gardens.

Karlene was fantastic. We left something rather important at the Villa. unbeknown to us. Karlene came to the airport to deliver it to us. Huge thanks for that. Ps. We left some chocolate accidentally behind in the freezer. But will happily give to Karlene

Comfort hotel at good location

Happy with our choice of this hotel for holiday. Good nature environment and supreme privacy. Close to township. Most points of tour interest on the island are only a few minutes of drive away. Close to some top restaurants. Could be better if we have visited at a different time of year. (Rainning too much during our stay, wet and bother by mosquitos)
