I wish they'd had a freezer in the fridge. We could not refreeze out blue ice pack for the next day. I've not been to a hotel that had refrigerators without freezers. I also had to push a little for ground floor accomodations after requesting them online. The did accommodate, however and we had a comfortable stay.
