Schöner Aufenthalt mit Kleinigkeiten, die es zu verbessern gilt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten, Terrasse, Whirlpool, Sauna und Stellplatz direkt am Haus in wunderschöner wasserreicher Umgebung. Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Es lohnt eine Bootsfahrt durch "Klein-Venedig". Da ich an einem Montag angereist bin, wurde der Schlüssel des Hauses im Schlüsselsafe an der Rezeption hinterlegt, was sehr gut geklappt hat (Rezeption ist montags nicht besetzt). Leider stimmen die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption nicht mit der HP überein. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Bilder der Anzeige zeigen allerdings (spiegelverkehrt) das Haus nebenan. Garten leider u.a. durch Maulwurfhügel etwas unansehnlich geworden und auch nicht hundesicher, obwohl eingezäunt. Die Hecke zum Nachbarn weist eine ca. 20 cm große Lücke auf. Holz-Terrasse könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Blick auf Häuser, die sich im Bau befinden. Teilweise waren auch Baugeräusche wahrnehmbar (was ich mit eingeplant hatte). Handwerker sollten ihre Arbeiten am bewohnten Haus ankündigen oder im bewohnten Zeitraum bleiben lassen. Erstaunt und erschrocken nahm ich zur Kenntnis, dass jemand - den ich im ersten Moment für einen Einbrecher hielt - über das mit einem Schloss gesicherte Gartentor kletterte, um am Dach des Gartenhauses Arbeiten zu verrichten. Der Duschkopf an der Badewanne/Whirlpool sollte ausgetauscht werden. Sehr schwergängig (mit nassen Händen kaum bedienbar) und auch scheinbar verkalkt. Microwelle ohne passende Abdeckhaube. Habe sie nicht genutzt - deswegen nur ein Hinweis.
