  • We rent in Nordhausen in the southern Harz our new bungalow Casa Smart. Approximately 45 square meters and fully equipped with large terrace and small garden. Protected by a Hecker (unobservable) and a small fence.
    No direct neighbors. Living area with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom.

    The house Casa Smart is away from the center in the Northern Stores District Krimderode far. Surrounded by a beautiful forest, the city park with its many animals and a petting zoo, a small lake and many other excursions.

Alles war in der Unterkunfr, wie versprochen. Die Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe war absolut komplikationslos.Die Lage ist zentral in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch verkehrstechnisch sehr sehr gut angebunden und trotzdem absolut ruhig

Sehr schöne Wohnung für ein Wochenende

Der Wohnung ist ruhig und doch recht zentral gelegen. Sie ist sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Es haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Spülmaschinentabs oder Schwammtücher gefehlt, welche man mitbringen sollte. Mir persönlich war das Bett leider viel zu weich, aber ich bin es auch gewohnt härter zu schlafen. Dies vielleicht als Hinweis für alle, denen es ebenfalls so geht. Alles in allem super für ein Wochenende!

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter. Die Unterkunft war klasse, es fehlten lediglich ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man aber jederzeit beim Vermieter abfragen konnte. Empfehlenswert, Danke!

Schöne Casa in toller Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche mit Hund zum wandern im Harz. Wir haben uns in der Casa sehr wohl gefühlt und sind rundum zufrieden. Der checkin erfolgte problemlos per Schlüsselsafe. In der Casa war alles vorhanden (Handtücher, Toilettenpapier etc) und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Von Nordhausen kann alle Wanderziele gut erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Kurzurlaub im Harz

Wir haben mit unserem Labrador ein erholsames Wochenende in Nordhausen verbracht. Die Wohnung können wir sehr empfehlen. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was notwendig ist. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Immer wieder gern 🤗

Wir freuen uns immer, wenn wir hier wohnen dürfen. Das Haus ist hell, modern und wirkt sehr einladend. Da wir in unmittelbarer Nähe unsere Familie besuchen, haben wir hier, bzw. unser Sohn mit Familie, schon mehrfach übernachtet. Es war immer alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Als wir für noch eine Person zusätzlich Bettzeug benötigten, wurde dies schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Hierfür möchten wir uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal bei Familie Schönemann recht herzlich bedanken. Für Kinder ist ein kleiner Spielplatz unmittelbar vor dem Grundstück.

Traumhaft

Die Casa entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung, alles Notwendige ist da - einschließlich sehr gutem Grill. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich, Anfragen sind umgehend beantwortet - und noch benötigte Ausstattung umgehend vorbeigebracht worden (Hochstuhl). Zum Einkaufen muss man zwar mit dem Auto fahren, aber das störte uns nicht. Dafür kann man in der näheren Umgebung schön Spazieren gehen (Park, Wald etc.). Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Harz (Talsperre, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, diverse Höhlen etc.) sind binnen einer Stunde zu erreichen und auf jedenfall einen (Tages-)Ausflug wert. Alles in allem haben wir hier einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Vielen lieben Dank.
