"Staying at Casa Papagaio was a truly amazing experience. The property manager was quick to respond to WhatsApp questions. It’s fairly remote so finding it was challenging and cell service limited so interacting with the property manager tricky when out of cell range. But, it was well worth the effort to locate Casa Papagaio because the cliff views and serenity are unparalleled. The fresh eggs and produce were delightful. I would not suggest this property for preschool children as the cliff...

"Great location from which explore the eastern side of Sao Miguel. Check in was easy and the house was clean. The beds were not super comfortable, but that was our only issue. The hosts were wonderful! They were responsive and friendly and went out of their way to make us welcome. Loved it!"
