Perfekte Lage (Meer, Einkauf, Restaurants), optimale, vertrauensvolle Abwicklung, Fragen per Email sofort beantwortet. Alles korrekt, wie beschrieben, aber! WLAN trotzdem vorhanden. Der Stil der Einrichting ist 70/80er Jahre aber alles sehr sauber mit wenig Kitsch. WLAN kann gern angekündigt werden. Die Austattung in der Küche kann gern modernisiert werden: Zweite Pfanne, mehr als 2 "richtige Tassen", eine Küchenschere und: wer brauchr noch einen Dosenpixer. Die Kippfunktion des Balkonfensters wäre wünschenswert. Sonnenschirme fehlen trotz vorhandener Ständer.
