Eine alte renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Natürlich ist der Preis recht niedrig aber viele Dinge könnten mit geringem Aufwand behoben werden. Besonders sauber war es auch leider nicht.

Ehrliches, aufgeräumtes Erscheinungsbild und sauber. 13min zu Fuss zu Norderney city und 17min bis zur Milchbar. Liegt direkt zwischen Fähre und Norderney city... ca 16 Minuten Fußmarsch von der Fähre. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !

Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! Preis-Leistung super! Hallo zusammen! Wir waren wirklich zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab es jedoch: Ein Anstrich wäre toll(Risse in den Wänden), ein paar Steckdosen mehr in der Küche, Reparatur der Vitrine und bequemere Stühle für den Esstisch in der Küche. Sonst war alles top und vor allem sauber! Eine schnuckelige Wohnung, schön ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen! Liebe Grüße aus Bochum!

Die Wohnung ist nicht ansatzweise ihr Geld wert. Einrichtung Spartanisch und fällt teilweise auseinander. Die Wohnung ist schmutzig. Nicht nur auf dem Boden sondern auch an den Wänden. Jede Obdachlosen Unterkunft ist sauberer und liebevoller eingerichtet. In Badezimmer über der Dusche Schwarzer gesundheitsschädlicher Schimmel!!!! Eine Bodenlose Frechheit.

Ihre Betreuung war super, für die Bewohner konnte ja keiner was. Die Wohnung ist aber meiner Meinung nach sehr abgewohnt und wirklich renovierungsbedürftig. Auch dass der Zugang zum Haus so aussieht ist sehr schade. Dafür ist die Wohnung natürlich nicht teuer. Insgesamt war es ok für mich und Team Hettling war Klasse. Danke

Nette und saubere Ferienwohnung für ein oder zwei Personen nahe Busbahnhof. Zentrum und Strand in 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Radverleih gleich um die Ecke. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe - alles sehr gut organisiert (Vermieterin zeigte auch Verständnis, dass ich die Anzahlung per Banküberweisung versäumt und erst etwas verspätet nach holen konnte). Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit sofort wieder nehmen. - Schränke im Schlafzimmer sind durch Bettzeug fast schon voll, so dass man eigene Sachen aus dem Koffer fast nicht mehr unterbringen kann. Hier könnte man ggf. etwas mehr Platz für die Gäste schaffen. - Die Verfügbarkeit von Kaffeepulver für die Kaffeemaschine wäre gut, da man ja meist nur ein paar Tage bleibt und sich eine ganze Packung (meist 500 g) zum Kauf nicht lohnt.

Gute Lage gegenüber Park und 10 Gehminuten zur Innenstadt. Ausstattung ist einfach mit 70er-Jahre Charme, aber durchaus ausreichend, wenn man nicht mit allzu hohen Erwartungen anreist. Die Fotos - bedingt durch Weitwinkel - suggerieren eine etwas großzügigere Wohnung; aber sie ist halt klein, daher braucht man wohl die Weitwinkel-Aufnahmen. Die Wohnung hat Holzdielenfußböden, und diese knarren beim Begehen vernehmlich. Beheben lässt sich dies vermutlich nur mit großem Aufwand. Gefallen hat uns, dass wir die Wohnung nach Ankunft unserer Fähre am Spätvormittag sofort beziehen konnten. -- Danke dafür! Ich hatte Ihnen ein defektes Fenster und eine defekte Stehlampe gemeldet. Ich verstehe, dass Sie auf das Feedback Ihrer Gäste angewiesen sind, weil Sie solche Mängel nur mit erheblichem Aufwand selbst feststellen können. Offenbar haben Ihnen unsere Vorgänger keine entsprechenden Hinweise gegeben ... oder Sie haben sie ignoriert. Daher interessiert es mich, ob Sie die Mängel vor der Übergabe an unsere Nachfolger behoben haben. Die Türen könnten alle einen Tropfen Öl vertragen, besonders die Badezimmertür knarrt entsetzlich; das schreibe ich nicht ins Feedback, weil sie es in 10 Minuten beim nächsten Mieterwechsel beheben können.
