Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage hier verbracht. Es war alles da was man braucht und bis auf die Heizung alles gut. Die Heizung im Wohnzimmer war dauer heiß und ließ sich nicht runter drehen und die im Schlafzimmer immer erst ab 22:15 warm machen.

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war sehr mangelhaft. Unsauberer Boden , Hundehaare auf dem Teppich. Ausklappcouch staubig.Matratzen stark durchgelegen. Duschwanne sehr klein.

Matratze Schlafsofa nicht benutzbar voller Urinflecken, Balkon verschmutzt, teilweise Lampen defekt, Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig Brause defekt Wassertermperatur nicht regulierbar Lüftung nicht funktionsfähig da stark verschmutzt unzulässig da kein Fenster Mobiliar teilweise stark abgenutzt

Leider unzufrieden

Leider schlaflose Nãchte gehabt, wegen Matratzen. Die waren alle durch. Außerdem waren Kissen Matratzen Decken voll mit gelben Flecken also voll ecklig. Vorhang in der Küche auch mit Flecken. Heizung in der Küche hat gar nicht funktioniert. Heißes Wasser war auch ein Problem mal war es da mal nicht.( Küche und Badezimmer) außerdem Dusche sehr eng nach dem Duschen sah es wie Meer aus. Möbel mit Flecken. Staubsauger kaputt und roch auch richtig. Überall Spinnweben. Nie wieder...!!

Die Lage am Deich ist herrlich. Suabere Sandstrand ist fußläufig, Attraktionen und Ausflüge für die Familie waren sehr gut, wir haben unser Zeit Vorort gensossen. Nur leider die Kopfkissen und Matratzen sind durch, wir könnten dann nicht gut schlafen. WLAN fehlt!!

Für den Vermieter

Das Badezimmer war eine Zumutung.Für menschen unter 160 cm nicht geeignet, da der Spiegel zu hoch angebracht ist und nicht beleuchtet. die Beleuchtung ( 25 W) ist auf keinem Fall ausreichend. Rasiert habe ich mich nach Gefühl. Der Duschvorhang war sehr knapp bemessen und klebte deshalb ständig am Körper. Eine Beschreibung ,das der Warmwasserbereiter mit Hand von Küche zu Bad umgestellt werden muss fehlte gänzlich.

Gut

Freundliche Athmosphäre in der Wohnung, alles da gewesen, das man braucht, nur Zitruspresse fehlte, kleine Küchenmesser und ein Fön im Bad. Für ältere Leute fehlt ein Handgriff in Dusche und für Kinder fehlt ein Schemel vor dem Waschbecken. Insgesamt hat es mir gut gefallen! Danke.
