Super Lage, angenehmer Aufenthalt

Schönes Häuschen, gut ausgestattet. Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu hart, und es wird schnell schwül im Haus, aber der Lage macht alles gut. Nur ein paar Minuten laufen zum Meer, und alles was mann sich wünscht für eine gute Urlaub in der nähe!

Wie jedes Jahr haben wir Urlaub in Norddeich gemacht. Diese Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist wunderschön. Sehr gemütlich und absolut zum wohlfühlen !!! Für nächstes Jahr ist schon wieder dort gebucht :-)

Zentral und doch ruhig

Die Wohnung war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße jedoch zentrumsnah. Alle notwendigen Dinge für den Alltag waren vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung war gut. Die Möbelierung war ansprechend, des Sofa wäre für 4 Personen zu klein. Der Balkon war groß genug , Sonnenschirm und Stuhle und -auflagen waren vorhanden. Das Bad besticht durch die hochwertige Ausstattung, besonders die große Dusche war angenehm. Die Betten im Schlafraum waren bequem, der Schrank groß genug. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss war mit etwas Übung und Aufmerksamkeit gut zu bewältigen, große Koffer hinauf zu befördern gestaltete sich schwierig. Auch scheint die Treppe für kleine Kinder zu gefährlich. Das Treppe war durch eine Gittertür zu sichern. Die Belüftung des Obergeschosses hätte besser sein dürfen. Das kleine Dreiecksfenster am Ende des Raumes reichte nicht aus. Das vordere Bett im Obergeschoss quietschte bei jeder Bewegung, so dass der ruhige Schlaf nicht möglich war. In Fensternähe befanden sich eine Umbauliege, bequem und gut gepolstert. Gesellschaftsspiele für Kinder und Erwachsene waren vorhanden, ein Schreibtisch im OG, einige Bücher ebenso. Im Vorflurbereich befand sich eine Ecke mit allen notwendigen Reinigungsgerätschaften. TV und Radios waren im Wohnbereich und im Obergeschoss vorhanden. Für den PKW ist ein Stellplatz am Objekt vorhanden. Insgesamt haben wir (2 erw. Personen) einen angenehmen Urlaub in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage verbracht und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.

Super Wohnung, nur am Bett haperts leider

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr sehr guten Zustand. Wir waren vor allem begeistert von dem modernen Bad und der Küche. Auch die Lage ist optimal um sich sowohl in Norddeich als auch am Wasser zu bewegen. Es gibt mehrere sehr gute Restaurants und Eisdielen innerhalb eines 10 Minuten Radius um das Haus. Das einzige massive Manko ist das Doppelbett. Dieses knarzt so stark, dass ich teilweise wach geworden bin, wenn meine Partnerin sich im Schlaf gedreht hat.
