Nor Yauyos-Cochas Landscape Reserve Tours and Activities

Only stayed for 2 nights before our Salkantay trek. The rooms were quite small. We had reserved a room with 2 double beds to have extra space but got a room with only 1 double bed. It was great location and convenient to get to everywhere we wanted to go to in Cusco. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room but there is a small grocery store close by. Breakfast wasn’t great but we went both times a half hour before it ended so maybe it was better earlier on. When we left at 4:30am on the morning of our tour the hallway lights were off and we could barely find over way to the stairs/elevator. For a place were most tours are picking people up in the early mornings, they should have some sort of lighting in the hallways.

Hotel Cusco La Paccha, was truly one of the best hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. It was absolutely worth every penny, and our experience here is one of the reasons we already plan to return next year. The staff was top notch, kind, professional, attentive, and extremely helpful. What impressed me the most was how they helped us when my dad unexpectedly needed medical attention. The hotel staff was able to arrange for a doctor to come directly to the hotel to evaluate him. He needed oxygen and medication, and they helped coordinate everything for us. Of course, the medical services were an additional cost, but we found the cost incredibly affordable, especially considering the level of care and convenience provided. As a family traveling away from home, having that kind of support meant so much to us. They also offer luggage storage, which was extremely helpful while we traveled to other towns before returning to Cusco. The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. For my family and me, our experience was simply amazing. I highly recommend Hotel Cusco La Paccha, and we will definitely be returning next year.
