"We stayed from June 14 to June 19 2026. We had two corner room suites that were spacious with views. We enjoyed the large in room tubs to soak at night and the breakfast buffet had us ready to tackle Hokkaido each morning. "Very good for overall. There is a laundry machine in the room. If you need more detergent, just ask, they’ll give you more. There is no dryer. So just hang in the room. Located in Susukino, so it’s easy to walk around. Staff are all friendly. I enjoyed my stay!"
