Thank you for your feedback. Our photos do show that the studios are open plan and situated from level 1-3. We always do our best to allocate your preferred area and view however this isn't always possible and dependent on our availability. We do in fact have a fully equipped gym on level one that you may have missed. Our reception team would have been happy to point you in the right direction if needed.
