"Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Close to airport. Only thing is the toilet system was noisy so you could hear when the neighbours flushed their toilet. The room layout is suited to singles or couples rather than friends "

"Not the best of starts. First room given was very bad - heating didn't work, room was old and tatty. A complaint to the management was handled very well however with both managers dealing with the situation to the highest standard. We were given a new room (which was a lot more modern), and given complimentary breakfast for the rest of our stay. Mistakes happen, but staff fixed it."

"24hr desk with courteous staff on hand. Clean room, a balcony with a nice view of canal, daily bedding change, all in all a nice stay, I shall book again soon."
