Very clean one-bedroom sleeps 4 with a one bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room. Fairly new construction. Fanlights in bed and living room. Mini split air conditioning and heating in bed and living room. Linens and towels supplied. Many amenities included. 2 cars off street parking. Easy to move in, No Smoking and No Parties allowed. please contact us for longer stays. out-side sitting area. A 14 X 20-foot common use deck located on top of the roof for great views, until 9 PM.
