Inside the property, enjoy three comfortable bedrooms—each with its own closet and blackout curtains/blinds, Smart TV (with Netflix and IPTV for thousands of worldwide channels), and full air conditioning. The home features three modern bathrooms, all with hot water showers, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest.

Relax in the large, air-conditioned living room with high ceiling, complete with a comfortable leather sofa and a Bluetooth speaker for your favorite music. The open kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cooking pots and pans, microwave, stove, oven, toaster oven, coffee machine, and a Nespresso machine with pods—perfect for preparing delicious meals at home.

Step outside to your cozy back patio, where you’ll find lounge chairs, a picnic table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. Fresh bedsheets, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, and you’ll have access to a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.

For your beach days, we provide beach chairs, a large beach umbrella, and a rolling Igloo jug to keep your drinks cold. Enjoy strong WiFi throughout the home and parking for two vehicles. Although the neighborhood is very safe, the house is fully alarmed for your peace of mind.
