Unit 3-12 is a stylish and comfortable third-floor apartment, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, ideal for two guests, one of the biggest units of the property, including a private ocean view balcony perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.

    The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long-term stay, including a coffee maker, dishwasher, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and beach amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler.
